We used the meet and greet service. When the car was returned it was very dirty and looked like it had been driven through deep mud. The mileage used far exeeded what was expected while we were away, we were under the impression the car was took to a car park less than 5 miles from the airport however over 40 miles were clocked up??? The price was good but we will never use them again.

Beware Car Vandalised (Window wipers damaged) Driven around by operatives of Ace in unroadworthy state. Delivered back to customer in unroadworthy state. Customer not told of cars dangerous condition. Ace refuse to offer compensation without engineers report. I will be reporting Ace to Trading Standards - VOSA and be claiming my money back through a solicitor. Do not touch with a bargepole. Mike

Took all the hassle out of airport parking experience, highly recommend Ace parking, a stress free start/end to the holiday will definitely use again!

Very favourable experiences in terms of:- i) On collection of car staff were on time and inspection was speedy ii) Efficient process for phoning firm and devliery was timely -within the 15 minutes stated. iii) costs were reasonable - Meet and Greet was only £6 more expensive that the cheapeast off site parking but saving me up to 45 minutes in delivery and transfer time.

It was all straight forward for us. We called the company 30 min before arriving to the airport and their rep was wating for us, collected the car and gave a receipt. On the way back we phoned them again from the luggage hall and they brought the car by the time we got out.

Convenient. Same price as the car parks. But now I mistrust valet parking.

I was originally going to Tunisia but due to the troubles there I had to change flights times and dates. I was therefore worried that something might have been lost in the communication. If fact everything was OK the driver arrived to pick up the car very shortly after we arrived and the subsequent pick up was good. My rearranged trip was 4 days shorter than the one we actually went on and my only criticism is that my email asking whether I could have a credit for the four days paid for but unused remains unanswered.

Phoned 20 minutes before arrival at North Terminal.I arrived 22 minutes later. No driver. Waited 10 minutes, phoned and was told driver was 3-4 minutes away. Took another 12 minutes for driver to make contact and pick up car. freezing cold wait. On return, phone from baggege hall. still had to wait in freezing cold for my car!

Terrible! I was left waiting for nearly one hour after my flight landed on time. This was in the middle of the night. Not happy

On arrival the driver was waiting for us. Although we arrived at 5.30pm on a Friday we had to wait 25 minutes for the driver. For meet and greet this is too long.

Excellent service, driver was very plesent and on time. On our return he was waiting with a lovely warmed up car. Would recomend Ace Parking and use them again.

We were very happy with the service. Everything went to plan just as we would have wished.

Like most meet-and-greet parking services, they're never the most punctual! However, the drivers were very polite and my car was returned without any problems which is the main thing. They were by far the best price and I will certainly use them again.

We were impressed by the spot on timing, our "meet" driver was on time to pick up the car, noted the oddities of our particular vehicle, and, on our return,in late January, it was good to walk out of the building into an already warm car.

This is a great service I used the valet parking and was amazed at the quality of service. I stopped 20 minutes before I arrived and someone was waiting for me to collect my car adn it took about 2 minutes to handover. On the way back I collected my luggage then the car was there in 20 minutes and since it took 15 minutes to get to the ground floor I only had 5 minutes to wait outside. I highly recommend!

Only problem - although a large problem was they took 45 mins to return the car - there was no call to say that there was delays it was only after i phoned having been waiting 30 mins that they said that the car was still at the car park and it would be another 10-15 mins. There were a number of customers waiting at the same time with the same problem. If there is going to be a delay then please call to say rather than leaving the customers waiting in the cold.

we were not satisfied with the service when we arrived back we waited outside for 25 minutes for the car to arrive i could of got a bus and got out of the airport quicker.

I went to meet the driver on my own as my husband has walking difficulties and unfortunately I waited in the wrong place! However, the driver was very patient and drove around until he found me. He then came with me to collect my husband at the entrance and helped get to our cases in the car. I was very impressed.

gosimply does exactly as it says on the tin. I followed their simple instructions and driver was waiting on pick up. On return the driver took 20 mins as stated. A very short wait by the kerb. No concerns on mileage and the car was as I left it. Would recommend this service. Why pay more or park and ride? Nice work fellas.
