Not having used Ace previously, we were a little concerned in case we were not met, and might have a problem getting our flight. In practice everything worked fine.

Driver was waiting for us at the drop-off point when we arrived. Car was waiting for us when we returned. A great service and start/end to our holiday. Would use again.

Took 30 minutes to meet for drop off and pick up... otherwise service was good.

I didnt expect my car to be clean. But I was returned with muddy foot prints, it look like it had been parked under something nasty all week. It was also returned 45 later than stated that means a 65 minute wait !!

In the past we would park our car and lug cases on buses etc. This service was brilliant because the driver was at the airport when we arrived and on return to the country. We were delayed for an hour at baggage and this was negotiated very smoothly with the driver. It added to making our holiday stress free.

Rang as we about to arrive at Gatwick, by the time we had the bags out the car was ready to go! We litterally walked straight in to check in. On the return we had a stressfull time at the baggage handlers expense only to walk out to find our warm demisted car to take us straight home..... Bliss

Bit of a wait for the car on our return which would have been a problem if the weather had been inclement, but overall a satisfactory service. Thank you

This was my best experience of meet and greet. The driver was waiting for us on both the outward and inward journeys.

Professional, friendly service. Couldn't be easier. Ideal if you're travelling with small children or just don't want to waste your time trundling around catching buses to and from car parks. Who would? To walk out of the terminal and have the keys and car waiting and warm makes coming home that bit easier!

After bad service on my last meet and greet parking at Gatwick I was not too hopeful. All my fears were unfounded as the service was excellent. The car was collected slightly early at 5.50am by a helpful charming driver, which, at that time of the morning was a bonus! The return delivery was equally slick and the price was reasonable and little more than the cark parks and much easier.

I had read some bad reviews before booking, but the price was really good (better than off site parking) and so I decided to go with Ace. It really was Ace. Our return flight got into Gatwick very late on Sunday night, and we didn't want to lose a second in getting back to Bristol. The car was waiting for us outside the terminal all gleaming and welcoming (Ace valeted it while we were away, and did a very good job), and it was lovely just to jump in and start the last leg of our journey. Thank you nice people at Ace.

Only hiccup, the car came back with a very large white stain on the bonnet (plaster, bird drop dried up? not sure) but as I knew it wasn't valeted nor indoor parking, I can't really complain. Mileage was 11 miles. Would do it again.

Both for pickup and dropoff the driver was very punctual (he was waiting for us when we dropped off, we waited about 5 mins on pickup), cheaper, quicker and much easier than using car parks, especially as we have a young child who needs a child seat. Will definitely use them again - they were ACE ;) (sorry)

Well, after reading various reviews for various services I chose ACE Parking and to be honest I was still apprehensive about the service I was going to receive.Especially worried about the comments where people had said their car came back with dents and scratches.Our car is my hubbys pride and joy...and thats only his run around!!! I shouldn't have wasted my time worrying everything went smoothly. I thought I'd have trouble with pick up as I booked on a Saturday night at about 9PM asking to be picked up the day after (on a Sunday at 5am. Naturally having no confirmation email or telephone number to check(their office hours are mon-fri)I expected the worst. But they were there to pick me up at 5AM on the dot! and I only had to ring once to get through. They gacve me clear instructions as to where they'd be and it was easy enough to find them. It was a well lit area as one of the reviews had said previously that they met you in some dark corner! The driver was extremely friendly for that time in the morning which made me think maybe the people that put up reviews about grumpy service are a tad what grumpy themselves. My driver on pik up was just as helpful, with the luggage and checking the mileage and for scratches. I know people are going to wonder if this is a genuine review because it's so glowing(I did!!!!!!!)but trust me it is! We had early morning and late night flights...My other half is not a morning person and I'm telling you ACE saved me extra hassle pre and post holiday by providing me with the service they did!

Great service; great staff - felt very safe leaving my car - very re-assuring. Even offered full cleaning service whilst we were away. Very pleased - such a great idea - drive up and just leave the car - ring when getting luggage and the car was there warm and waiting for us at midnight. Sooooo much better than the awful bus and carpark saga. Would recommend on price and service.

Going out - rep was slightly late, but this was due to horrendous traffic jams because of building works in the airport. Coming back - Ace were brilliant, we were late as we had to travel to the lost property office in the South Terminal first, but they handled this admirably.

The only problem we encountered was that the drop off and collection point is a double yellow line area. Our designated drop off time was 6am, we arrived at 5.55 and were met by a very strict traffic warden who made us move on, so we had to drive around the perimeter road and sneak back in, fortunately your driver was waiting on our return and we managed to off load our cases and children before the warden returned. A minor hiccup that we will be prepared for next time.

I have used a number of these services and would certainly use Ace again as they represent good value for money. There was a slight delay in return of the vehicle but nothing that would prevent my using them again - in fact I will be doing so in November!

The gentleman who collected my car was very courteous and polite. I was concerned about waiting on yellow lines for my car to be collected at the airport, as being on my own, it was not viable to stop and make a 'phone call on the motorway 20 minutes before arrival.
