The car park was easy to find from the directions given. The number plate reognition to enter was very smooth and we were able to hop on a transfer bus immediately. On return we only had to wait 4 mins for a bus to take us back to the car park. a very smooth transition both ways. Will use again

I would use Secure Airparks again as their service helped the start and end of our holiday at the airport to be stress free.

First time that I have used Secure Airparks and will not hesitate in using them again in the future. From the directions to the car park to the camera registration plate recognition to the transfer and return to airport this is an extremely well organised service.

No hassle - numberplate recognition worked perfectly, easy to find and only 5 minutes from terminal. Car park is secure and you keep your own keys. Will be using again, recommended!

From automatic vehicle recognition on arrival at the entrance gate until drop off at night the experience with Secure Airparks was truly first class - i wouldn't go anywhere else now!!

The Secure Airparks has an efficient check in and check out service - in that you don't have to leave your car :-) The proximity to the airport (5 minutes) is supported by the efficiency of the transfer bus service.

It was the first time that I have used the car park since you installed the car number plate id. It was so simple and the coach pick up was very quick. When we arrived back at the airport we were pick up right away and dropped off at the bus stop next to where our car was parked. We will certainly use the car park again and I have already told alot of my friends and relations how easy it was.

I found the web based booking system easy to use, and my cars registration was recognised when i arrived - facilitating easy access to the car park. Waited a minimum of time for ttransfers to and from the terminal. Above all, the coach transfer staff were very helpful and friendly - a credit to your company. Will definately use again.

No problems whatsoever. Only member of staff we saw was the bus driver but no one else was necessary.

Easy to book online. Was overwhelmed with the entire parking at airport experience. We travelled very early in the morning with a toddler. Parking couldn't have been easier and the bus service to the airport terminal was instant. May I compliment the drivers who both going and returning from our trip couldn't have been more courteous or helpful. Only too happy to help carry luggage with a smile. Absolutely brilliant service, will definately book with this company again. Well done!!

THis was the first time I had used Secure Airparks and was pleasantly surprised at the ease of booking the location and the drop off and pick up arrangements. I had no need to speak to staff other than the driver as the automated entry and exit system worked well,.the cost was reasonable and I would certainly use secure airparks again

By far the best transfer I have used at EDinburgh and I fly very regularly. Automatic barrier,park and quick transfer coach. Really excellent service. Wouldn't use any other company

Booking process was excellent and changing the car we used was simple. Our transfer to the airport took significantly longer than we expected. Unfortunately we just missed a bus and it was 12 minutes before the next one arrived. Then, instead of going direct to the the airport as advertised, we went to the Quality Hotel and picked up 10 young travellers and their luggage - so the transfer took more than ten minutes and not the advertised one minute.

I stay 2 miles from Glasgow airport and have been reluctant to use other airports but after the experience with secure airparks at Edinburgh I would be happy to use this service in future.

This was my first time, and now convinced it is the only way to go to and from the airport, as couldn't be simpler and more convenient, and half the price of using taxis.

Our car was parked and we were picked up within 5-10 minutes.No problem on return either as pick up again approx. 10 minutes.
