Good directions got me right to the Edinburgh Secure Airpark with absolutely no trouble. The number plate recognition system allowed me easy access to the park, roads were clear and well maintained, and we found a convenient parking spot right beside a bus stop. The Bus driver was helpful, pointing out which stop we had boarded at, and reminded us to ask to be let off there on our return. I left my car there for 3 days, and had absolutely no concerns at all. Everything went smoothly on return journey, only had to wait a few minutes for a bus back to the park, and soon we were on our way home again. All this for £21? A great bargain I'd say.

Never seen any staff due to the time of flight. But bus driver was very helpful and put our suitcases on and off the bus for us. Each way. No problems entering or exiting car park. Car was exactly the way we left it.

Imagine booking online, and then turning up at the car park to be greeted by a screen with your name and booking details automatically (using number plate recognition). Imagine standing at the car park bus stop where there is a QR code you can snap on your smartphone and get a webpage advising how long it will be before the transfer bus arrives. Imagine a bus transfer in three minutes. Imagine on return that you get in your car, drive out and - by the magic of number plate recognition again - there is no button to push, car park ticket to fumble for and put into a machine. Well - someone beat you to it, as that is how this car park works! I was unprepared to be amazed, but was very impressed indeed.

As usual, I found the service to be safe and efficient. It's exactly as it should be.

We have used Secure Airparks before and find them very handy for Edinburgh airport. This time we didn't even have to wait for the shuttle bus, it was waiting for us!

For those familiar with Ingleston, this is built on the old market grounds. The road surfaces are reasonable and some of the (exit) signs are slightly confusing. The number plate recognition works perfectly and the bus driver was very helpful.

parking was easy , bus was on time and not problems finding the car at the end of our trip

I arrived before 4am in peak holiday season. It was easy to find a space, although the car park is obviously popular, and a bus arrived within minutes. The transfer to the airport is very short. On my return, again the bus arrived within minutes. I was particularly impressed by the helpfulness of the young driver in assisting passengers with their luggage. I will definitely use Sercure Airparks in the future.

Pleased to get a "reminder email". All instructions given beforehand, worked as expected.

No fuss, gates opened, we parked, bus arrived and transferred to airport. On return flight during early morning bus arrived within 5 minutes and we were transferred in minutes. Cheap and cheerful and excellent value for money

I have really good experince, my journey was smooth and quick, bus arrived very quick and we didnt experience any troubles on journey back.

Very easy to book; transfer buses running regularly; near the airport. I would use this service again, particularly as I was allowed to keep my keys and everything happens by computer in terms of checking in and out with the car.

Nice and easy once we parked. Bus punctual and very close to airport. Had a little touble finding the car park initially but got there in the end!

Easy to get to if you follow the directions! Quickly scanned into the Car Park and the bus stopped for us right at the back of our car as he spotted us getting out!!! How great is that??? Not long to wait at the stop on the return home and quickly scanned out when leaving. Car Registration reader is amazing!!!
