There was a problem with the phone call on our return as the person who answered was having a conversation with someone in the office. Second call was successful but the line was very crackly and it was difficult to make out what the person at the other end was saying. Apart from that everything was excellent.

Fast and reliable transfers. I've recommended to others and would use myself again.

Park & Fly location very easy to find. We arrived and the minibus was there waiting to transfer us to the airport. Everything was made very clear to us of what would happen on our return. Recommend for both service and price.

I was very impressed with Park and Fly, I have used various airport parking companies at Edinburgh and this was the best value for money. The bus was ready waiting to take us, staff were excellent, and the whole experience was seamless. I have already recommended to family and friends. Thanks again.

The bus was waiting when we arrived at the car park and the reception staff was friebndly and gave all the necessary information. The transfer bus driver did not say anything. On the return journey we phoned for the bus and waited about 10 minutes which was acceptable if it had to come from the car park. The driver was very cheerful and friendly. My car was waiting for me when we got to the car park. Happy enough with the service and would definitely use park and fly again instead of the more expensive car parks at the airport.

I thought to begin with it was a bit far out from the airport, but I have changed my mind as it was easy to get to from the Forth Bridge, and the transfer to the Airport was done immediately. Coming back called up and tranfer bus was there in 5 minutes.

Quick booking in process, immediate transfer to airport ans only a few minutes wait for transfer on return. No frills service but satisfactory for the money.

Would happily recommend to others. Much more cost effective than others that came up in my search. Close by, quick pick up, quick service and simple to use.

A bit off-putting in appearance when you first arrive but all other aspects excellent.

Very friendly staff. Took no time in getting car dropped off and transfared to airport and getting back home i found the service every bit as good..picked up promptly and vehicle waiting on me as i got there. A+ service ..many thanks...

cars are parked and moved between locations by Park and fly. Once I had cleared off the volcanic ash, I discovered that my front number plate had been damaged. Unlike the BAA park, I was charged for the extra days parking caused by the airspace disruption. Otherwise, not a bad facility.

Found the car park without any problem. Were taken to the airport and collected at the end of our holiday quickly and given clear instructions on what to do on our return. Staff were efficient and polite. Would use this car park again.

Good value for money with quick transfer to Edinburgh airport. Mentioned above that the facility provided worked without a hitch. I thought the driver on the return from Edinburgh was a bit too "Michael Schumaker" for my liking. He may have a rough timetable to work to (don't think so) but seemed to treat the journey like a race getting right up the book of an independent taxi.Didn't feel comfortable but thankfully it was a short route.

Good basic service, staff friendly. Typical Driver - very fast and likes to be right up behind the car in front. Suggest improved communication with booking agency as we had to give all our details and flight times to the staff on arrival. He claimed that they do not receive these details from the booking agency (small matter)

Average price but, we were not told where to meet and when we found the coach there was no room for us and we had to wait on another coach. I feel that enough coach space should be allowed for at the beginning and not leave people waiting at the airport late at night. With regards the lighting this was very poor trying to see to load our car back up at night. I also did not realise how far away from the airport this is compared to others I have used in the past.

We have only positive things to say about Park and Fly Edinburgh. Booking the car in at the carpark took seconds and our transfer to the Airport was immediate. A quick phone call brought the minibus to collect us within minutes of our return and our car was waiting for us when we arrived at the carpark. We would have no hesitation in using Park and Fly Edinburgh again, particularly since their service is so competitively priced.

Was happy with the service provided. Arrived at the car park and was taken straight away to the airport (5 mins) Arrived back over an hour late. 10 minute wait at the stance. Car was waiting for me. Would use this park again. Booked via go simply.

we were frozen stiff coming home from malta but the staff had my car running with heater on ready to get us home ,many thanks for great service.

Park & Fly were quite a bit cheaper than the other car parks on offer so before I went I wondered if this'd be reflected in the service. In the event, I needn't have worried. OK, the car park isn't the most obvious but if you follow the directions you'll be fine. The security is up to scratch and the transfers were spot on. Fast transfer going out and no annoying waiting around on return. Top marks, I will be using them again.

After comparing prices on the web, we thought there must be a catch as it was so reasonable, but we could not fault anything. Even when our plane was delayed by 24 hours and we were charged another £3, the attendant was most apologetic.
