It was very good value for money. Parking the car and getting to the terminal was simple as it was within easy walking distance. Retrieving the car was also simple, as i just pressed the appropriate button on exiting the car park, gave my name and car registration and left. Easy! I shall use this facility again and would recommend it to others.

Second occasion we have had trouble getting out on our return. 1st occasion - staff member came to help and said though we had followed the correct instructions to the car park they had not got our ref number down to be in that car park. 2nd occasion - with a queue of cars behind me I was told that i needed to get my ticket authorised back at the airport. I was eventually let out but not before someone from another car gave carpark staff abuse through the speaker!! Unless I am confident this will not happen again, I will use another car parking facility in future.

The car park is walking distance from the main terminal building, well sign posted with plenty of parking spaces. The car park staff are quick and friendly when you arrive back to get your ticket validated. Would definitely use this service again...and its cheap!

We found booking on line extremely easy. Deciding which Car Park to use on arrival not quite so easy probably due to my navigator! On return home only required Name and Reg to release barrier - so journey home commenced rapidly. All in all very good experience.

Fortunately we left a lot of time to park and walk to the terminal - just as well!!! Spaces limited, followed other cars on a merryground to find somewhere to leave the car. Eventually, managed to squeeze into a space, will not use this facility again.

Booked parking for a short trip to Madrid out of Nottingham-East Midlands Airport. We found the medium-stay car parking lot without any trouble and found nothing amiss when we returned to our car when we got back from Madrid. Regular price would have been 30GBP but we paid 25.50GBP for it, for a savings of 15%. Why wouldn't you book ahead?

I was absolutely thrilled to find how close the car park is to the actual terminal. I was on my own and was dreading having to be standing in the middle of nowhere, waiting for the bus. Great, straight out of the car, across the road and there I was. Fantastic value for money, I will definately use it again .

When i go away for a weekend break i normally stay off the air port as cheaper but this time you matched there price and it was much easier and convenient to stay in your car park as walkable distance to terminal buildings excellent will definately use again thank you.

No directions to bus stop on car park. We eventually walked short distance in the rain. On returning at midnight we were unable to start car. Read literature - no indication of service and no sign of any service patrol in the hour and a half we were waiting for the RAC to come to our assistance. On leaving carpark were told that assistance would have been available to us. Feel that should be mentioned in the documentation.

The car park I booked was closed and so I was put on a car park off site. The car park was loose gravel and grass. Not what I booked. When I complaned I was told I could only do so in writing. I refused to do so and was then given a 15% discount off my next booking. After checking I found out I could have booked the off site parking much cheaper than a 15% discount!! So beware you could end up paying more for an off site car park, thinking you are on site, being told lies by the car park staff and being given a discount that does not even cover the shortfall. Would I use again? I would rather park on double yellow lines and get towed.

We arrived on 30/12/06 and went to the medium stay car park to find the entrance was closed with a board saying "car park full, go to Car park no. 7" which is the long stay car park and much further from the airport terminal. This was despite cars leaving the medium stay car park, suggesting that were now actually spaces. But there were no car park staff on hand to monitor this. We therefore had to park in the long stay car park and get a bus to the terminal. However despite this inconvenience, the buses ran regularly and we didn't have to wait either end. The driver was helpful and the car park secure, therefore i would use airport parking here again. But i have little option other than to give a Bad rating for the facilities as i didn't get to use the facilities of the medium stay parking as per my booking!

No indication as to which car park number to use as there seems to be different car parks around the airport.Chose the no.2 one which proved to be correct.Easy access to airport from main car park - walked across the road rather than waiting for the shuttle bus.Easy departure with very friendly guy operating the gate system. Thanks.

This was easy. The whole experience at East Midlands was great and the fact you could walk in two minutes to and from the terminal was really convenient. There are plenty buses if you need them but who does when its that close. Usually fly from Manchester as its closest to home but nothing there compares with the parking at East Midlands. A smaller airport yes but a much nicer overall experience.

Easy to book and carpark close to terminal. It took time to find a space but not exessive. We didn't see a bus but only took 3 minutes to walk although it was raining. Coming out of the carpark it took time for the intercom to be answered which caused a queue. All in all we were satisfied with the simplicity and value for money and will definitely use again.

The instructions and directions given were clear and easy to follow. The car park was within a couple of minutes walk of departures, and on our return, we walked through the airport back to departures, so again we only had a couple of minutes walk outside. Security and lighting seemed very good, and overall it was good value. Our only slight problems were that it was very full, and took a while to find a space, so we had to park at the furthest end of the car park. Also, on leaving, we had to wait 5-10 mins for a staff member to answer the intercom and let us out. However, it was the early hours of the morning, so I guess at busier times this wouldn't be the case. Overall, a good experience and I would use this service again without hesitation.

Close to the terminals, could of supplied more info regarding what to do in case of any problems on arrival, I found difficulty getting onto the car park as the specified car park was full, also I was staying for 7 days and the sign on the medium stay car parks stated up to 5 days, this was however rectified when I finally found assistance, this could of perhaps been more clearly pointed out but wasn't a major problem ,I have only included it as maybe you could use it as constructive critisism. BE SURE TO BOOK EARLY I first found the price at £29, I didn't book when I returned 10 days later the price was £45!

very close to departure's,about 4 minute walk.had a problem finding the right car park,i booked with bcp ltd.,unless i missed it their name did'nt appear on the sign post outside the medium stay car park.once in the car park you will soon find a spot to park.excellant.

I arrived at East midlands airport in the confidence that I had pre booked my parking in the medium stay car park. I arrived in plenty of time only to find a notice that said all medium stay car parks were full and ended up having to drive over a mile out from the airport to one of the long stay car parks and wait 20 minutes for a shuttle bus to take me to the terminal. This was not the experience I had paid for and I felt extremely let down by the service. Luckily I was still in time for my flight but had I been half an hour later and had to have done the same thing I would almost certainly have missed my check in deadline.

Didn't see small print on instructions to park in Car Park 2 so had already entered Car Park 1 before realising this.Caused us a bit of panic wondering how to get out but Attendant said it was OK to park in number 1. Suggest larger print for Car Park numbers on instructions.No courtesy buses at arrivals level, perhaps we should have gone down to departures.We walked to collect the car.

Arrived in driving rain at 6am, did not realize how close we were to the terminal building, bus picked us up after speaking with the car park microphone. One minute later we were there. On our return i forgot where i had put my ref no to get out, no problem at all to the office, i just gave my details over the intercom and an hour later we were home. ideal and good value.
