On arrival the car park seemed full. I parked in the overspill parking area. I thought I was buying a reservation in an area really close to the airport terminal and thought I was paying for that. In the end I was quite some way from the terminal...almost as far away from the terminal as you could get.

Excellent value for money as car park was very near to the terminal so even with 2 small children, loads of cases etc it was only a couple of minutes walk so quite easy. Trolleys are not allowed on carpark so could be difficult .. but we just didn't take any notice and nobody stopped us!

The whole booking process was excellent. We booked and paid for a close car park because we had a disabled guest but all of the short term car parks were full so we ended up on a long stay, long distance car park. Despite this, the bus and transfer was so efficient we didn't suffer any difficulties.

Didn't even use the transport as the parking is so close to the terminal building. Just left the rest of the party along with the luggage outside the terminal as you have free parking for 10 mins enough to offload. Then parked the car and walked back. Did the reverse on the way back and it all went really smoothly. Will use this service any time I fly from the airport.

This was our first time flying from East Midlands and the access, parking was really really easy. Our booking was for Medium stay. It was unclear when we arrived which car park number in the Medium section we were booked into (turned out it was any one). Instructions could have been better for using the prepaid voucher (ie quote reference number at exit barrier). However, staff at car parks were happy to help and very cheerful which makes a nice change!

The car park was easy to find once we had arrived at the airport, we also managed to find a space quite easily. We didn't bother with the coach as so close to the terminal. The only drawback was that when waiting at the barrier to read out the booking reference number, it was about five minutes before the attendant answered the call, by which point there was quite a queue behind us. Overally it was pretty good value for money!

We were able to park the car ourselves and walk the short distance into the terminal building, buses were available but we had no need for them. On return I quoted a booking number at the barrier on exit and we were then on our way home. Great for us no waiting for buses, parking made simple. Would use this service again. Good for people who can still remember how to walk.

Car Park nice and easy to find. No problems parking and just a short walk to airport terminal. On our return our car was safe and sound the only slight grumble we had was that it seemed to take a long time for the staff to answer the intercom to lift the barrier so we could leave the car park.

Had the automatic barriers on exit not had a mind of their own - even beating the staff who were trying to assist, it would have been a perfect experience. However the staff did their best to help - and we made fun of the sit-com that was developing!

Directions were OK and about 5 minutes walk to the terminal. Free Drop off parking area gave adequate time to transfer luggage. A curtesy coach did the rounds of the car parks but unless you had a mobility problem it was easier to walk. Good value for on site parking.

Directions to the car park were very clear. I was delighted with how close to the terminal the car park was in that it took only approx. 3 minutes to walk to the terminal. If I used East Midlands Airport again I'd certain book my car into the same car park.

Good location close enough to walk to the airport. Easy and efficient contact with attendant for exit. Generally well laid out and maintained car park but as with most airport car parks - too expensive, you cannot justify the parking rate for what is basically an out of town car park.

On airprt site parking made the short break away very easy - no buses or trains to catch to the airport, quick to get home after trip as carpark only 3 minute walk from the terminal. Also no need to hand over the car keys to anyone to be moving the car around in your absence- where you leave the car is where it stays! No worries about the car going on trips without you as has been highlighted by watchdog!

The medium stay car park was ok for walking distance as long as you do not have to find a space at the far end of the car park as we had too. the spaces are too close to each other and on my return found my door had been knocked. so in all I think we might as well have saved a few pounds and gone to the long stay car park or even caught a taxi to save on the repair bill.

I found the car park very good. It was easy to find and there was no need to use the bus as I was very close to the terminal. I have used the car park before and been slightly further away and found the bus service was good. Our local airport charges are higher and you have to catch the bus! This is the third time I have used the car park and would certainly use it again.

Only 2 spaces vacant , both cramped one of which it was impossible to get out of car as you could not open any door more than 6 inches ! No coach transfer service at 5.15am. On return was told by coach driver it would be quicker to walk as he had to wait for someone to be available to accompany him to car park 3 due to Health & Safety regs.! Not impressed!!!

Although the buses were running we did not have to use them as the medium stay was within easy walking distance to the terminal. Directions to find the carpark easy to follow. No problems experienced on leaving the carpark. Immediate response from attendant on exiting the carpark. Would recommend.

The parking was easy to book online and BCP provided clear directions to find the car park. Once we arrived at East Midlands the car park is clearly signed and easily accessible from the A42. It offers secure parking at a competive price. This is my second time parking with BCP and I hope to use the service again in the future. Regards, Sylvia Fellows

Got to the car park barrier of the car park as advised on the pre booking form - car park full - your person on the end of the intercom had me get the four other people behind me to reverse - lot of not very happy drivers. Told there was 'loads of space in the other car park' Drove around it for 10 mins and managed to 'luck in' on someone leaving the car park. Was not happy with the service as I had prepaid for a space and only managed to get one because someone was coming out. Not good service - Very disappointed

booking for car park was easy and so very convenient. instructions obtained on e-mail were brilliant and specific, therefore did not require assistance from car park staff. we did not see any coaches at the time we arrived so we walked to terminal, the closeness of the car park to the terminal was great. however it would have been helpful if there were more signs or a selected 'pathway' leading 'walking' passengers directly to terminal without having to 'lift' cases off and over road kerbs each time we crossed a road. would be great if charges were slightly cheaper for 7 and less days stay so more passengers will get tempted to 'park and fly' then to rely on other means of transport!
