Was only a 5 minute walk to the terminal from car parks 2&3. You can validate your card via the intercomm upon exiting the car park or you can go to the office opposite the arrivals & get the man to validate the card there, saves time. Would definately use this service again

Ideal if you don't like all that waiting around for a bus and getting dropped off at a bus stop miles from your car. The Medium Stay Car Park at East Midlands is less than a 5 mins walk from the terminal and absolutely great if you want to land and just get going.

Early morning dep-car park barriers not working but phones comms on barriers instructed us to other park and how to exit post hols and it worked well!

the car park was easily accessible and within walking distance of the airport terminal, i was not aware of any transport to or from the car park which could have been useful had it been raining.

Finding the car park and the information available was very good. On our arrival we had to hunt for a trolley. the trolleys have a mind of there own trying to cope with the walkways, they would be better with fixed front wheels. Although we booked in advance, on arrival to the medium stay car park there were no spaces. This was v. stressful and inconvenient especially as we had 2 infants travelling with us. Not a good service

The car park was very close to the terminal which allowed us to walk instead of wait for a bus, which is really good especially when you return as all you want is to get home quickly.

Arrived very early in the morining so it was dark but lighting was good and found it very easy to walk to terminal. Good signs for pedestrians but you could get bus if you really wanted to. We found trolley easily and decided to walk ( less than 5 mins)

Good value for money, no-nonsense checkout by quoting your booking reference at the barrier. However, car park is too far from terminal to walk with just your luggage and no trolleys are available. Footpaths to the terminal can be muddy.

Although I had booked car parks 2/3 they were both full and I had to go to car park 7 which incurred a bus transfer. This only goes every 20mins so had I arrived with little time to spare this would have made a big difference. I think if you pre book you should be garunteed a space in the medium stay car parks or at least be warned you may end up in car park 7

We booked and paid for a car park space within walking distance of the terminal, when we arrived at car park 2/3 it was full, we were then sent to the long stay car park a bus journey away from the terminal.

Car park is very close to departure terminal (2 min walking) so did not have to use airport transfers. Very easy to get out of the parking. Was hard to find space to park.

Unfortunately the booked carpark was full on arrival and I was redirected to the Long stay carpark, requiring a bus transfer. If I had been pushed for time this could have been a problem. Staff were at least apologetic.

When we arrived at the carpark it was full and traffic was queueing. We had to wait about 30 mins for a space so I would reccomend arriving in good time. The carpark was quite close to the terminal and within walking distance, the weather was OK , but If arriving in poor weather would advise dropping cases and passengers off at the terminal first!

Booked parking at East Mids with Simply Parking for December. Great value (found the same onsite car park for £25 more than I paid! Booking was easy and all information received was clear and straightforward. The airport doesn't run a transfer bus this time of year but we knew that in advance and the car park was only about 5 minutes walk to departures. Would use this site again.

I would recommend this provider every time. When I arrived back in the UK without my booking reference number I simply went to the gate and buzzed for help. I explained my predicament and the person at the other end was understanding and very polite; in just moments he found my booking and opened the gate. It was brilliant. Thank you.

I did not see any staff at the car park so there was no customer service. I walked from the car park so did not require a transfer. Quick and easy exit from the car park. Have used car park previously and found everything very satisfactory. I will use again if I fly from East Midlands.

The car parks are within easy walking distance from the terminal - unless you have a pushchair, small child and suitcases. The free shuttle bus wasn't very frequent and we ended up walking in the cold and rain. On the whole, though, it was value for money but not very secure.

Medium stay car park at East Midlands was excellent, found a space straight away, it was a fine dry day and a brief 5min walk found us in the terminal to check in. If we had been able to park closer we would have had to park on the runway. Will definetly use again.

Very easy to use and book online. Plenty of spaces and well lit. Close to terminal which only took two minutes walk. Very easy process with helpful staff who were a pleasure to deal with. It took the grief out of parking!! Excellent will use it again for definate!
