Your service was easy enough to find and make a purchase. However, I had to call in order to ensure that my payment had been received becuase I did not receive an immediate email recognition. Also, there were no clear instructions on how I could retrieve my car. I saw the pay barrier and wondered if I would have to pay twice. I then had to go to the car parking general office to get instructions on how to use my ticket to get out of the car park. You must inclde simple instructions regarding where to go and what to do!

The car park was very easy to find, had ample room for parking - and the terminal was just a couple of minutes walk away. Leaving was also very simple - you just gave your code number over the intercom at the gate and drove off! Will definitely use again.

I chose the medium stay park as it was the cheapest, quickest transfer time and we could park and retrieve it ourselves which sounded less complicated than having it parked and retrieved for us. However the parking spaces were very tight even for our medium sized Mondeo and it probably took us more time finding a space and parking than it would have done to have it parked. In the end we had to empty the boot before parking as there was no way we could have got at the boot once parked. We didn't try another medium stay park as on the internet booking form we'd printed off it stated we had to park in Car Park 1 so we weren't sure if it would be valid for other car parks. On our return I regretted even more having opted for self parking and retrieval as the time we saved in a very quick transfer was dissipated by the TEN MINUTES it took us to get out! The system indicated on the bookng detail was to ring up the attendant and state our booking number. This system seemed to be unknown to the attendant we spoke to by intercom at the barrier, he never asked for a number but and we were told to put our parking ticket in the machine, this then told us we had to pay 56 pounds to get out. After bussing for another 4 or 5 minutes we eventually got the attendant to take our number, not before he had insisted on me spelling out our name - SMITh - not once but twice! I'm sure the people behind us thought we were complete idiots. The car was fine so the parking was secure but if I park at EMA again I'll opt either for a more distant long stay car part with ample space (which I used last time I parked at EMA) or having it parked and retreived for me.

Arrived and entered carpark but only a few more cars were able to get in. This meant that carpark was virtually full and it took a long time to find a space. If I hadn't got in I would have been further delayed and I would have been apprehensive about going to another carpark when the instructions were clearly in stating that car park 1 shouild be used

I am concerned that, on my return, I was allowed out of the car park just by giving my name - I offered my parking reference number, but was asked for my name, and then the barrier opened for me. That does not seem to me to be the best way to ensure the highest standards of security.

A waste of money. It wasn't the nearest car park to the airport. We were treated no differently to any other customer, other than the fact it took us longer to get in because the person on the gate didn't understand our paperwork. When we arrived back we were sent to the information desk to have the ticket validated - it was the wrong place so it took us ages to get out. I would never do it again.

My wife and i decided to walk to the departures as it was near to where we parked. When a coach driver pulled up along side and gave us a ride. I was most impressed by this. When we were coming home a long stay driver gave us a lift back to medium stay 3 for our car. Which he need not have done.......!!!!! I always use the airport parking at East Midlands as its the best by far.. Keep up the good work.!!!!!!

just like to say car park was with in minuite walk to the terminal,came back at night found car straight away as lighting is very good,and good value for money,will most definately be using car park again,works out for me,same price as getting a taxi to and from airport,

Generally very good.It was particularly tight getting out because the vehicles next to us and behind,were considerably larger than ours, giving us little room for movement. However, all in all we were very pleased indeed with the service and will definitely use it again. Thanks!

Apart from it being easy to find, there was no one there to offer assistance I had to go to where departures was to ask the car park attendant there if I was in the right car park. It was very full and had difficulty finding a space. Upon our return no one would answer the intercom and we waited over half hour for someone to answer. There were three other cars in the same situation. The children got frightened as they thought we would be stuck in the dark as it was gone midnight. So not very good.

Booked online. Directions to car park were crystal clear. At the terminal within 10 minutes of parking. Coming back the coach departs from close to the terminal. Coach was fuller than when arriving so luggage space was tight but dropped off at car within minutes of arriving back.

i paid £24 to book my car park online with simplyparking and had to pay another £25 to be able to leave the car park as the machine at the pay station didnt recognise the ticket! When I spoke to an attendant over the phone at the gate and explain the situation, he told me i had to pay first or i wont leave and told me to ask for a refund to simplyparking. I've sent an email to simplyparking asking just that (over a week ago!) and, surprise surprise, i havent heard anything yet!... but its not the end of the matter because this is just theft! I will not use this service again and will ill advise my contacts to do the same. Its disgusting!

The only real criticism was the transfer bus who despite being signed long term parking decided to do all car parks which caused some confusion. He then loaded that bus to the limit with luggae packed high and poeple standing. The result was we were unable to work out where we were in the car park and missed our stop although we did not know if he intended to do long term them medium or the other way round. In the end we got off and walked ane we were with a two year old.

This was my first experience with Simplyparking and I must admit I was impressed. There was no booking in, waiting around to see if the company could find your reservation, or droping the car off to someone who was going to park it elsewhere. I 'simply' parked my car in the East Midlands medium stay car park and walked the short distance to the terminal. On my return my car was where I'd left it, I exited the site by giving my booking reference over the speaker phone on the exit gate and I was on my way. Without a doubt the quickest and least hassle airport parking of the many I've tried. Highly recommended.

All I can say is that the whole process from booking through to collection was incredibly easy and made a big difference to us enjoying our break. To know that it was simple and secure for when we went to pick up our car after returning was excellent. Many thanks

There were no trollies in the trolley park at the car park. Not a problem if you have got a long handle on your suitcase, but we had one suitcase without a handle so it was hard work walking with it to terminal. Could not see any car park staff to help.

My car got damaged, and I am now going to have to pay the bill for a respray down one full side, they do not take respocabilty for any damage to your car, and if you want to try and get video footage of when the damage occured they charge you for it, I will not park there again, and will let all our office and factory workers know not to park there,

I'm happy to recommend this method to anyone. The website booking was easy - with good directions to the car park for anyone not used to Nottingham East Midlands. I parked easily and very quickly departed without any problems. I will definitely use this service next time. Excellent.

The car park was very busy, we ended up parking in the extra spaces which are located to the side of the main car park, this was no further away and signposted at the back of the car park. The terminal was less than 5 minutes walk away but transfer buses do run. We walked as saved any waiting time. The car park was well lit when we arrive back later on at night and it was simple to leave, just by quoting my name to the man on the call system. Would definitely use again.
