The car park booking was great, quick and efficient. The car park itself was really easy to find, secure, and exceptionally close to the terminal which meant we didn't have to worry about transfers. When we came to leave the car park, it took a while for the intercom to be answered so that the barrier could be raised, but it was very late at night and only took a couple of minutes. I'd definitely recommend booking this way to others - it gives you great peace of mind!

Booking was simple and e-mail info on confirmation was all I needed to locate. The proximity of the car park to the terminal was great - 2 mins walk to departures, a little further from arrivals. No leaving keys or waiting for transfers - a very pleasurable experience!

The Airport and parking is easy to get to and hassle free.On my return in the early hours of the morning I just went to my car, pressed the help button, quoted my reference number and my details and the security bar was lifted and away I went! I will book again on my next holiday and will recomend the parking to my friends.

We travelled and returned in fine weather and wheeled our luggage directly to the check in. I don't know how convenient it would be in mid winter or on a rainy day waiting for a bus transfer. Also it is a large car park so remember to note your cars location!

Directions were good but once in the car park had difficulty finding a space as there was no staff controlling parking. Upon return, the poor lighting did not help in locating our car and we were not the only ones. Exiting the car park was simple and straight forward.

Having parked in the medium stay and pre-paid it was not obvious that it was necessary to have the car parking ticket validated proir to going to collect the car upon return which would then release the barrier. No staff on hand at the entrance to explain this procedure.

Car park was within walking distance of the terminal - which was a good job as there were no coaches on the day we parked! Everything ran smoothly although we struggled to find a parking space and some people had parked on grass verges etc. Overall we had no complaints and would use this again.

Internet booking indicated to park in the Medium Term car park but there are 3 of them? Entered the first one and found only one space left. Cars are tightly parked together making things more difficult for the wider car. Able to walk easily to the terminal from MP1. Took a ticket on entry but the exit was controlled by remote operator - no obvious need for the ticket.

We arrived at 4.30am,a friend advised me to try and get parked in car park No.1, luckily we found a space as soon as you enter, however no one around this area for advice. We asked other drivers about displaying tickets or checking in, i did worry we may be in the wrong car park and may have to pay upon return. Because we were so close to the entrance we were able to walk to and from the airport taking only 5 mins, no hassle with waiting for a transfer bus. If you are unable to get into car park 1 and have a lot of luggage would advise you take the transfer bus. Upon return told the little man who lives in the speaker box our reference number - and off we went. Overall great location - will try to take all my flights from East Midlands, as a single mum this took away a lot of stress when travelling with the kids.

An easy way to park and travel. It is just unfortunate that other car park users do not stick to the bays and park at the end of lines which can make it awkward to turn when looking for a space. There was plenty of room if they had just continued to follow the arrows to the parking spaces further along. Other than that it is good value for money and easy to find.

Car park very full when arrived in fact some on our flight unable to park in designated area. If pre booking this should guarantee space. Also suggest key pad at exit to input booking reference and release barrier rather than the rather slow paging system with only one operator.

As we booked this last minute, it was ideal for us, albeit a bit more expensive than we'd usually pay. No waiting around for connection buses, we were easily able to walk it. However it was a good day, and perhaps wouldn't have been ideal in rainy conditions.

On arrival at the medium stay car park I found that the car park was closed, the sign said it was full. I drove around the airport and all the other medium stay car parks were also closed and the signs directed me to car park 7 which is long stay and quite a distance from the airport. To add insult to injury as I drove past the car park I had PRE BOOKED I could clearly see a number of empty spaces. I paid more to be closer to the airport but ended up a couple of miles away anyway. What is the point of pre booking if you aren't guaranteed a space.

Not having flown from East Midlands previously, we were not familiar with the car parks. Consequently, we took a wrong turn but approached a member of staff in the kiosk who was extremely helpful and friendly and pointed us in the right direction to get us back on track.

We booked with BCP but the car park was full. Many other people were similalrly affected. the voucher was transferable to the long stay park but it meant we'd paid an inflated price. My advice would be that if only one operator is showing availability - think twice!

Easy to park once I had checked I was in the right zone. Staff really helpful. I pre-booked online and the information was to go to barrier on my return with confirmation number and speak into the intercom. In reality I had to take the ticket I got on entry to be validated before going to the car. Pleased I checked this before I flew as I returned early hours of the morning alone and I would have been annoyed if I had to return to the payment station after retrieving my car.

Medium stay was closed and we were asked to use short stay so did not use transfer as was within walking distance. Flight home cancelled so had to ring and book extra day from Rome airport. Easily done and assitant polite. Cleared ticket with kiosk on leaving. Will use simply again.

We followed the instructions on entering, and made a note of which row we were in, bearing in mind that it was dark at the time. On our return, we couldn't easily find the bus pickup point. When we did, the first driver was unhelpful and discourteous, saying that row N "could be anywhere mate". We had to wait quite awhile for the next bus, but this driver knew exactly where we wanted to go, and took us there. If you do use this ervice, kep your barrier ticket on your person, and show it to the driver on return- you might get the same one that we did! Oh, and when they say that the terminal is within walking distance, don't believe them- it ain't. Will get a taxi next time, more expensive but far less hassle.

The whole process from beginning to end was quick, easy and reliable. The carpark is near enough to the terminal and within walking distance even with luggage (if on wheels). It was great, and very good value for money. I would most certainly use again and would recommend without hesitation.

I have spoken with one of your staff that advised me to fax a copy of my complaint. when we arrived at the barrier to exit the car park we couldn't get the buzzer to work we then put the ticket in which you get on arrival and ended up paying £40.00 on top of what we had paid you on credit card,this was of course our mistake but I am still waiting to hear from the people i was advised to fax all the details to. Is there a telephone number I can ring for further advice?
