Signs direct to car park - you can not get lost. Within walking distance to the terminal building so didn't wait for a bus. On return just pressed a button and within a minute I was on my way. Easy from start to finish - booking, parking and driving away without any delay. Couldn't be simpler.

Medium stay car parks are marked up as long stay. This caused us to waste time and involved asking security.

Directions were wrong, so we ended up in the wrong carpark. Also, the Medium Stay carparks are now in fact called Long Stay carparks, so we couldn't find what we were looking for on a signpost either! Having said that, it was convenient when we finally find it (but only by paying to get out of the first carpark, getting the Airport Admin staff to sort out a credit for us and give us new directions)

didn't know how to get out of car park i.e. where to validate ticket. Car park was not signposted with same name as that booked i.e. no mention within Airport of medium stay car park - needed to phone up.

Well placed car parks in particular Carpark No 1 which is in easy walking distance of the terminal buildings. The transfer buses to the more distant parks appeared to be operating on a frequent basis even late at night though we didn't have cause to use one. Lighting and bay markings are adequate. Would definitely use again.

Very smooth service from booking to exiting the car park after the holiday. Only a few minutes walk from departures, so if you have a trolley case, no problems. If not suggest you drop your party members off by departures and then drive round to the car park. A very pleasant experience.

name misleading. On-line referred to as medium stay but at airport it's called long stay. A much longer walk than stated online and not very well sign posted to terminal so took a while to get from car park to termnal. When leaving tried to charge us again. Error quickly sorted out however. Now we know the car park layout we would use again but if your first time allow extra time to find your way about.

Great value for money and every thing went smoothly. No messing about waiting for taxi's. Our flight was 3hours late but there was NO extra charge. Top Class service. I WILL USE AGAIN

You are asked to press a telecom button to gain exit from the car park. However, it doesn't help when in takes 10 minutes to answer the call!

Upon arrival at EMA there were no signs for Medium stay car parking anywhere, only short stay and long stay, and no parking staff to assist us, in the end we had to ask the airport security staff where to park. We were not the only ones to have this experience, on our return an elderly lady in front of us at the ticket desk was told she had parked in the wrong car park and incurred a hefty fine for the error, On the plus side when we found the correct car park it was within easy walking distance to the airport terminal and the return, after our holiday was trouble free.

Location and process of parking your car not given in enough detail when booking. The car parks are on the far side of the terminal building and the bus transfers were not advertised so had to walk with 2 youncg children and luggage. Also very few trolleys for your cases and only a few spaces on the car park which ment driving around for 5-10 mins, not good if you are late for your flight.If arrived in plenty of time and had little luggage it was fine.

Easy instructions/directions to follow & hastle free on exit. Only problem being although it is only a 4/5 minute walk to the terminal it is not under cover & therefore not pleasant in rain.

We would use the medium stay car park in the future as it was easy to find, plenty of spaces available and walking distance to the airport lounge. We didn't encounter any problems whatsoever. Good value.

directions to car park poor, has the road layout changed? having to guess that i was going into the correct park, (others seemed to be having the same problem), concern during my trip that i was in the correct carpark and would i be able to get out without having to pay for a new ticket.

prepaid for medium stay but took disabled mother so parked in short stay disable bay just 25 metres from departures, very easy to verify ticket for exit on return, all for medium stay charge! will definitely use again even if i haven,t got diabled with me and park in the medium stay park, very good price 1ST class service and easy to park and exit

There weren't any transfers as this carpark was walking distance to the terminal so can't comment on that, and we didn't have any customer service as it was a park yourself carpark, however the voice on the intercom let us out speedily!

All road signs are to long stay car parks. When found the mediun stay car park (after asking a member of staff) it had an interactive sign saying spaces available but was barriered off as car park was full. Adjacent car park had plenty of spaces but the interactive sign said it was full. Very confusing.

We arrived at 5 in the morning and had no idea if we were leaving the car int e right place so we just had to dump it, check in and hope for the best.Luckily we had guessed right and at the end of the holiday the car park staff in the office next to the terminal were great.

If you know where the car parks are ( behind the terminal building) it's a very easy process of driving to the airport and then to either car park 2 or 3 and parking and you are back at the terminal in 5 minutes.

It took them ages to respond to the 'assist' call in order to give our pre-pay reference number and be able to leave the carpark - causing a number of cars behind us to also have to wait - we were not popular!
