We booked for Jet Park 1 which when we arrived was full and we were re-directed to Jet Park 2 which was no big deal as the parks are next to each other. However, Jet Park 2 was also full and we had extreme difficulty in finding a place to park.Eventually we found a space which was really too small for my car but I had no choice other than to squeeze it in there even though the car was at risk of being damaged due to its proximity to neighbouring cars and that both the front and rear were sticking out beyond other cars parked in the row, There were no parking staff in attendance. All in all a stressful event. Not happy and next time I fly from East Midlands I will try to find better parking!

I have used a number of airport parking facilities and found the travelling to and from the car park to the airport a little tedious and lengthy which I was not expecting. The number plate recognition did not work and was given conflicting advice on how to resolve the matter. The drivers both ways were friendly and courteous.

When we got to East Midlands airport there were no 'Purple parking' signs only different coloured 'P'. So we went to the purple P which was called express parking. We never had a bus ride like the instructions said, just walked straight into the departure area. We got a ticket from the machine which we used to exit the carpark, but this said we hadn't paid £100. The assistant on the other end of the 'help' button, took our details and let us out. I was worried the whole holiday that we had parked in the wrong place but there was no one around to ask. As the parking was so close it was excellant value, but the lack of assistance would put me off from booking again.

A good service, my only problem was I could not find where the bus collected on my return, this info was on the ticket that I left in the car, so better sign posting of where the bus collects would be better.

Together with a number of friends we have used this service on many occasions and have always found the staff to be polite and helpful. Parking facilities are good despite the fact that the bays are a little on the 'tight' side....but this is the case at most airports so is nothing unusual. Transfers are very regular and have always been within the outlined time parameters regardless of time of day or night. Overall a 5 star service provided at a very competitive rate. Many thanks

Easy to book on line, directions could have been slightly better when near the airport, easy to park, plenty of bus stops for transfers and not to long to wait. Drivers always pleasant. have used this service before and will use it again

No issues at all everything worked very well & there was a transfer bus waiting as we came out of the terminal

There were no staff in evidence and the surface of the car park was poor especially while trying to drag wheely suitcases to the bus stop. Our return was very late and there were insufficient (any?) buses to transport the number of passengers waiting. After waiting for almost 30 minutes at 0200 in the morning, I had to pay £6 to get a taxi to take us to the Jet Park 1. This was shocking service and I will never use it again.

Seemed a long way to get to car park travelling from Nottingham, and when entered car park seemed to be lucky to find a place.

Our confirmation letter said the car park was called "Shuttle economy 1" . As we could not find one called this we assumed it must be "long term car park 1 " which it was. However, this did cause some unnecessary stress at 3 in the morning and we were glad we had given ourselves enough time. On our return, our ticket was rejected and we had to 'phone the operator but this was quickly resolved.

Convenient, well priced and well organised. Even though my number plate was not recognised by the barrier, it was dealt with swiftly and professionally by the staff. (Just make sure you take your reservation confirmation email with you).

The number plate recognition wasn't working again. Its a bit disconcerting to be told by the machine that you owe money, before you can leave. Its important not to pay again. Press the help button and a nice man will open the barrier once youve told him your booking code.

Found on Google easily, easy to use website. Confirmation email received with full details. Reasonably priced, and not too far from the airport, easily found park, but they do keep changing the names of the car parks! The bus drivers were friendly and helpful. Regular, frequent buses to and from. All you would want really from airport parking, no reason to pay more.

on arrival at the barrier my number plate was not recognised, got in ok via intercom and just gave ticket code on exit, buses arent long in picking you up, overal experience was good

Good allround servise ,just the price at £35 for 4 nights,would of been better around £20.i think thats a fair price.

bus at stop when we arrived,no standing about,bus at pick up within minutes,transfer quick and easy.
