Firstly, I expected to enter credit card in barrier, park car, get on bus and go to terminal. What I had to do was enter credit card, park car, go to portacabin, give information, hand over keys then wait for bus. On return, had to wait 15 minutes in freezing cold, then a further 10 minutes to load bus, return to portacabin, find an assistant, who could hardly speak english, then walk in the freezing cold and snow to the other end of the car park, where my car had been moved to. Never again!!!!!!

It makes life easier to be able to drop off the car, get on the bus to the airport. The bus driver was very cheerful.

Does exactly what you expect from an offsite carpark, but was easier & friendlier than most Ive used (even saw them helping somone jumpstart their vehicle free of charge!!)

If you want to park really close to the terminal, then this is the car park for you, forget waiting for a bus to take you, this car park is within walkable distance, a great relief when you are strapped for time.

We arrived at 2:30am and there was no-one else at the car park so our experience may not be typical. Everything went smoothly and efficiently and everyone was nice, even at 2:30am...

I will not park in the silver zone again - I parked there 2 years ago it is now too busy for the number of staff on duty and buses to and from airport.

The problem was on our return, the car had been moved and I was told to go to row 15 in the green area. This was poorly marked and displayed. I found my car by chance, it was like looking for a needle in a haystack. Otherwise, excellent service and transfers.

The service on arrival back at the airport was not great. We had to wait about half an hour for the coach to transfer us to the carpark. That is much longer than the advertised time and was disappointing, especially given the time of the afternoon. This has put me off using the service again.

I would suggest you pay the extra money, and go for the on-site car park, booking it 28 days in advance (to get a cheaper price). It was a bit of a sad way to end my holiday: wait for a bus, queue to get you car keys, and then amble around a big car park looking for a car that they have moved! Value for money, the Silver Park is fine.

Provides good service and is easy to get to. But when bus drops you off to check in there is inevitably a queue as only 2 desks working.

Generally good but a simple diagram of the car park layout would help in finding the car on return. It wasn't too bad that day but if it had been raining it would have been rather frustrating.

When I showed up at the Car Park, it was full! It had been overbooked. I was given instructions to proceed to the long-term car park at the terminal, and parked there. I was not charged for parking closer to the terminal, and everything proceeded smoothly.

We were worried by the time required to deposit keys, that it might make us late for check in. I and others were unaware that the vehicle would be moved once left, I think this should be made clear.

Would never use again, expensive and very, very badly organised, Birmingham so much better. Cost nearly £60. Customer service on arrival was very offhand, we were told to park our car 'anywhere we could find a space', this proved very hard. On arrival back to England they couldn't 'find' our keys for a good 5 minutes, then the car was not left in the row that they said it was in. Had to spend 10 minutes searching up and down the rows to find our car, carrying our luggage (no luggage carts available). Heard several other people complaining. Also when we found our car it was parked very close to another car, we take pride in our car, and would have been very annoyed if it had been damaged. But Bristol obviously cover themselves by stating on the slip of paper given, that they take no responsiblity for any damage that happens - not very reassuring. Will make sure that we tell everyone we know who may be travelling to Bristol airport, to leave this airport parking well alone it is simply not worth the money and all the hassle and worry involved.

It was easy to do. Booked it online, when arriving at car park just put your card in and barrier let us in. Staff were friendly, there was no hassle. Buses were regular.

First time flying from BRS and was slightly concerned about leaving my car. Need not have worried, the whole process was smooth and well organised.

This was the 2nd time we used this service, the drop off went very smooth, as did the initial collection. However there was damage to the car and it was reported immediately. We were impressed with the way this was dealt with at the time by the team leader on duty, but this was on Sun 21st August, 6.00a.m. and it is now Thurs 25th August and we are still awaiting the promised phone call regarding the claim. This has disappointed us and we will seriously reconsider ever using the service again and would hesitate in recommending it to anyone else.
