Reasonably well organised operation except that on registration it took far longer than necessary due to failure of their system to inform their staff of previously advised and approved changes to car details. Additionally I cannot see why it was nessary to visit the old terminal on each trip with the "bendy" bus which can barely make it round the roundabouts, each time no stop was made adding extra minutes to each leg of the journey and seemingly achieving nothing but steering training for the driver.

Very easy to find way to the silver zone well signposted from the A38. Booking in straightforward no waiting, and a bus ready to transfer you. This a 3 am. Return only delay was that the bus waiting to take us to the park filled up before we got there with our luggage so we had to wait 10 mins. This time they sent a double bus!! Keys were quickly collected plenty of staff giving out the keys.No prblen finding the car all bays clearly marked. An excellent service

Not having used this car park at Bristol before I was a bit sceptical, but it was very good - especially arriving back at "Stupid O'Clock" at night - walked out of terminal, on to shuttle bus, back to car park, collected keys and was driving home. It helped that unlike most of my fellow passengers, who had not bothered to read the ticket given when parking, I had the ticket out and ready to present when we arrived at the car park - rather than trying to hand over booking forms and other bits of paraphenalia!!! Would definitely use again.

No real problems, easy to find, good coach transfer and decent value for money. Not that easy to find car on return pick-up and the ticket office/kiosk could really be somewhat larger, we were lucky in as much as the weather was fine, but the lack of space inside could bea problem in inclement weather.

When we arrived back at the car park we were told our car was out towards the left in row s. After walking round with cases in the dark looking for the car for 10 mins we returned to be told that row S is in the area marked ?-R !!! It was about a 200m then to walk to the car - not ideal with heavy suitcases and tired children.

The car park was easy to find, with a simple entrance procedure, buses ran frequently to and from the airport terminal. Very helpful where disabled passengers are concerned. Would recommend this car park to anybody travelling from Bristol Airport. Excellent value for money.

A trouble free experience. I booked on line, easily found the car park (well sign posted). Found a space in the drop off bay. Very short queue for reception desk. Straight on to bus and at departures in under 5 minutes. The return was just as easy. I would definitely recommend the service but it was quite expensive for 5 days parking.

Difficult to find. A great big sign on the entrance rounabout would be a big help. I was concentrating so hard on locating the airport I missed the tiny sign thats there. If you drive in to the terminal it's confusing as you don't realise you have to go out to the roundabout again. Other than that a fabulous service.

Finding the car park; parking; and handing in keys and gettign them back was OK. Plenty of staff to deal with the queue that formed. The transfer to / from the airport terminal is about 10 mins but made longer by only having 1 bus running. The frustration was increased when we saw several cabs from another car park company waiting at the terminal.

This would be my first choice for car parking when next travelling. All staff were so friendly and efficient with no delays when leaving the car initially or collecting it after our holiday. The transfers to and from the terminal were on time and took less than 5 minutes either way. Excellent!

Not exactly onsite but very close to the airport, only a 5 minute journey. Depending where you park it can be quite a long way to the office to drop off your keys. Would use again.

We found the service very good in general although the buses were a bit manic with people struggling to load their luggage on and I wasn't too impressed to find about 10 luggage trolleys dumped behind my car on my return. This not only made it impossible for me to reverse out of the space I had been allocated until I moved them to a nearby trolley bay but of greater concern was the fact there could easily have been some damage caused to my car through the "dumping" of these trolleys so close to my vehicle. Surely there should be measures in place to deter passengers from doing this and if it proves difficult to police these policies then why can't members of staff put the trolleys back where they belong as part of their duties.

Would definitely use this service again. Past experience at private car parks at Gatwick and Heathrow have resulted in lost wing mirrors and unexplained scratches. I did feel that the car was secure, directions were easy to follow and checking car in/out was quick and easy.

Had never used airport parking before. Was a little dubious, but will definately use again. The price for a weeks parking was cheap compared to what i had imagined. No waiting around to collect keys. The transfer bus was ready and waiting. The seections are clearly marked up making the car easy to find. Very pleased. Thank you

It was a very quick proceedure to hand over your key to which you were given a small card with the details of your car reg, make, model and return date. When arriving back transfer waiting for us all and again very quick service to get your car key and area that your car was in and home in no time. We would use the silver zone again.

Whilst I appreciate the need to move the seat back, was it also necessary to lower it down so that when I drove off the mirrors were out of sinc? Also why was the radio switched onto Radio 1 when it was left on Radio 2? I trust that my car was not used unduly.

The Silver car park was flooded and we were redirected to the long term car park at the airport. This was a litle frustrating but no real problem. I have use the Silver park before and prefer it to the long term park because the suttle bus is more regular. I saw no advantage with parking in the long term park at the considerably extra cost

The day I arrived it was pouring with rain. Cars had to be left in a overflow carpark a long way from the recpetion area. By the time I reached reception I was soaked and my suitcase was too. I then had to wait outside in the rain as the check in queue was moving so slowly we were queuing out of the door. The supposed regular 15 minute service definitely took more than 15 minutes to turn up. On return the bus service was a little better, but my car was parked as far away as it was possible to get from the reception area. I had to walk through a dark, poorly lit area to find my car. I was disappointed and will not use this service again.

Car park did not match expectations. I expected to leave car in a small parking bay next to the office & collect from same place. In reality I struggled to find a parking space & had a long walk to the office. The Airport long stay car park is a better proposition - at least you know what you are buying!
