I suppose it was because it was raining upon our return that I found the walk to the car a long one. Having just returned from a hot climate and it being 3.00 am it wasn't the best welcome back ! - not your fault,but it could have been parked closer to the office.

There were no problems. The car park was well signed and the transfer bus came within 5 mins of the previous one going. On the return the first bus was full but a second was following - presumably they know when flights are coming in. The toilet at the base was also available and clean. Good service and well worth the money

When dropping the car off, we had to drive through a veritable maze through the primary car park, then a secondary, before being directed to an overflow carpark. They could ease the drop-off process by directing cars straight to the overflow if necessary.

We were therefore technically upgraded to the long stay car park at the airport itself - sounds good but it took us a good while to find a space - quite a way from the terminal building - and this park did not have the secure facilities we had opted for. On exiting the car park, inspite of having the necesary documentation the staff at the barrier were quite suspicious and had to be convinced that we were entitled to park there owing to the upgrade. Not much fun after a flight and arrival back late at night.

When we arrived it was raining and the sign posts regarding where to park and what to do were very limited, which meant that we were soaking by the time we reached the booking office. Because the booking office and bus to the airport is so far away from the parking it may be a good idea to run a bus through the car park.

Although we struggled to duscover where the car parking was silver parking once we found out it was very easy and the staff we frinedly and helpful and when we arrived back at 2am the car had been moved nearer and it was so quick getting through reception.

We did not park with you as the sign posting was either bad or non existant and no directions with booking form, we also asked the transfer bus driver if we were in the correct carpark and he said we were. So we had to pay an extra £54.00. when we returned. Obviously we parked in the wrong place which is down to us I guess? Directions/signs could be improved.

Good, efficient service. Very close to the airport. No waiting or having to phone for airport collection back to the car park. Thank you. Will use again.

Was very impressed with staff when both dropping off and collecting keys. Coach was waiting for us outside terminal. Parking surface gravel, so not too good for pulling luggage.

Could perhaps do with small area for customers to drive car to near bus drop off point to pick up other members of their party i.e. children or elderly instead of everyone having to walk to car that could be park quite a distance from the bus drop off point.

The numbers against each parking bay weren't easy to read and we had to ask someone who had also just arrived what to do. The instructions we had been given didn't quite make sense at that hour of the morning! But now we know and will do it again!

Having booked and paid for Silver Zone Parking on arrival we were told it was not available, therefore had to park in Long Stay parking - having parked the car in Zone C there was not shuttle bus available so we walked - as a result we were soaking wet on arrival at the airport. On arrival back in Bristol, the shuttle bus was waiting which was good, but having paid for Silver Parking it seems it was a waste of time.

Signposting for the airport begins shortly after leaving M49.This takes you towards Bristol,and then via the road under the Clifton bridge. We hit delays on this road. The directions supplied show that the aiport is signed when on the M5. Clearer directions are needed to avoid taking the Bristol road.

Very good very helpful bus driver on the way back later at night. Only one thing was when we cheched in we waited for the bus and he pulled up and 2a couple got on but by the time we picked up our cases and left the reception he had pulled off before we got half way across the outside seating area.

I was unable to use the carparking that i had booked due to the car park being up-graded,i only found this out when i arrived at the car-park, however the attendant on duty was most helpful and gave me a complimentary up-grade to a nearer car-park,the car was parked next to the airport terminal,and i felt no need to use the courtesey coach as the terminal was in walking distance.The service i received was very good and i would not hesitate to use simply car parking when i next choose to fly.

easy to find and well signposted. Parked car quickly, went to office and was on transport to airport within 10 minutes. On return, transport was waiting and we were back off home in less than 15 minutes. Excellent service - you know what people want and you do it.

The Silver Zone car park I had booked was full upon arrival so I was given a free pass to use the normal long term parking which was much closer to the airport and therefore much better. So I was very pleased. The long term parking was not available at the time I booked - I do not know why as there were plenty of spaces when I got there.

I made the mistake of going to the wrong part of car park and used the wrong credit card (not the one I had booked with) to access & depart the car park when I got back home I realised my mistake because of the cost shown on the receipt. I phoned BCP to explain my error and the young lady was able to identify the problem and refunded the additional costs back into my account. Refreshing in this day and age to be able to speak to someone who was polite, efficient and helpful and be refunded for an error. I will definitely use this service again.

Easy to find car park with swift, no hassle transfers, could do with more lighting, we found car park dark with uneven ground on our late return, quite difficult with trolley suitcases.

Really good; turned up, parked, got to airport quickly as bus was waiting and checked in quickly without queuing, you are cheaper than Exeter and more efficient. Thanks for letting our holiday run smoothly.
