Worked like a dream.

Good value for money so why pay any more!!!!

Overall the transfers took less time than lugging cases from the main car park.

Generally very good although queues at check-in (even at 04:00am!) and on return trip from airport. Would park at Bristol Silver again.

Great Service.

Easy to use and efficient. Value for money. Bus driver on return trip not desperately helpful to other passengers who were apparently using the wrong door to get onto the bus. A bit officious when everybody is tired after a long journey.

On the whole we were reasonably satisfied. The staff were good and attentive, we just felt the price was quite high. We normally travel three or four times a year for a month at a time so the cost is a consideration for us. Our normal route has been to Gatwick which we can do at a more reasonable figure, but we may well use Bristol again in the future.

Quick & efficient service when you are on the coach, but if the airport is busy with other people wanting to get back to the car park at the same time, it can be a bit like a cattle stampede. To this end a better queuing system could be put in place at airport pick up point.

I was well looked after, the bus got us to the terminal in plenty of time and on return my car was easily accessible and it only took minutes to get on the road home.

Easy to use. Car park could be signed from the main roundabout as I was in a rush and had to look out for it carefully! I was a bit stressed at the time so I could have missed it!

Happy with parking facility, however, should have been informed where transfer coach collection point was at terminal.

A very good car park, easier than the main car park on the airport site. Would recommend to family and frends who might travel from Bristol in the future.

There were wait for the buses. When we arrived the transfer bus was reasonably full but we still waited. Then on my return there was no bus waiting and nobody to say when next one was coming. I was suffering from Flu and did not want to hang a round in the Cold.

A need to have some emergency practise to deal with customers when the computer is down. We had our booking form and receipt as we had pre-paid so didn't understand why we were kept waiting.
