the booking in service - I mistook a 5 for a S on the booking and because of this the guy tried convincing me I'd no reservation with silver zone! What a start to the holiday!!

Very good and efficient service. Our only worry would be if it were raining hard, where we waited for the bus on return (10-15 minutes) was not really protected. It didn't affect us as the weather was good, but wind and rain could be nasty.

did not like the fact that someone moved my car from where i had left it .i understand that spaces have to be filled but if someone directed people to them in the first place this would not happen.

On departure,when reclaiming car key, was given verbal information of car's location - G71. A long walk to far end of car park, with baggage, to find no car. A search found car at C71. It would aid customers if a written location was given when reclaiming keys and an idea of how far away from reception the car was.

Good value for money and regular transfers. Well organised staff. Down side - Having to transport luggage from far end of car park across uneven road surface was hard work. Wheels on suitcase kept getting caught in between gravel! However I would use the car park again.

issues with ignorant people who didnt want to queue so walked past and pushed in(there was a long queue as several planes had landed but the people walked straight to the front!)so it took a while to get back to the car park

I hadnt used the airport before and as I travelled up at night I found the carpark easy to find/check in and transfer to airport, return journey was as easy though bus rather full.

Spent fifteen minutes looking for somewhere to park and had to return to reception to ask where there was space, which meant we had to wait until the next bus to transfer. On return we expected the transfer bus to be waiting as they have a dedicated pick up space but had to wait.

Booking was very easy. The service at the carpark was good, we arrived at 4am and the were greeted with a friendly face in reception and on the coach. It was easy to find and parking was no problem either. The staff were lovely especially as having dropped us at the airport at 4.20am my husband realised he had left his phone in the car and the coach driver had to take him back to the carpark to retrieve it! We will definately use Silver Zone again. Mr and Mrs Wright

Silverzone suited us as reasonably priced and close to the airport. Buses frequent and fast. Well organised for key return and they had parked our car near reception for our collection.

Expensive for 3 days parking - overbooked spaces, people driving round trying to find a space, then I was told I'd parked in the wrong space. Loads of people milling around, but no-one able to direct or help. Bus waited until full before departing, waited nearly 20 minutes and nearly missed my flight after taking so long to find a space.

Very happy with the parking facilities (albeit not very keen on the car being moved to another area, but they must have their reasons). Transfer to and from airport terminal very good.

Couldn't fault the service recieved except having our car parked further away on our return. Thought an effort would have been made to have the car at a convenient location on return from holiday.

yes it went like clockwork really,and a quick car key issue on return to parking site , only annoyance as above was girl on counter re departure no time for me bordering on tutting and not english thus made it difficult 4 me 2 understand the procedure re keys etc, which seemed to annoy her ( not good )

I suggest 15 or 20-minute cycle time for shuttle to terminal. I was OK but several people on the bus were stressing & concerned that they'd be late for check-in. Of course passengers should allow plenty of time but we waited 35 minutes -too long if you got unavoidably delayed by unexpected traffic holdups etc

It would be a help if there was a very simple guide to the parking and collection procedure to reduce stress when using it for the first time. The transfer times were much better than advertised. Which was more han 30 minutes which would be appalling

I was actually diverted to Long Term parking as you were re-surfacing your car park. It would have been helpful if you had emailed this information before I left home.

very easy to find easey check in helpfull staff.but on our return found the shutle bus becomes very full and if we did not get off when we did could have had to wait to get keys but must say staff were very quick handing back keys with your vehicle s location we will be useing on ournext holiday this setember

We parked our car near the office as we have a baby and a disabled son. When we arrived back to pick up our car it had been moved to the far end of the car park, which was not only a great inconvinience but also a dam cheek, no where in the booking does it say that your car would be driven we payed for that space and therefore expected for our car to be where it was left, we were given no explanation to this (or appology)
