great on the way out but more iportant fast and eficient on the way back. at the end of a holiday all you want is to get home so fast friendly service is a must. that i feel is what we received at silver zone parking.

We were redirected to the longstay parking, which meant travelling past this to the Silverzone parking area before we were informed of the fact. We had plenty of time to do this, but advance warning by email would have been useful and perhaps important for others.

Bit of a run around trying to find a space.Service was quick and easy.Transfers were prompt an quick.

A computerised way of allocating you to a free parking spot upon arrival and going through the barrier would be very helpful

Each time we arrive at the Silverzone parking we are directed to the Long Stay carpark. No explanation given.

Easy parking and check in. Rapid , comfortable, transfer to and from the terminal. This is as good as airport parking gets.

There are very few temporary parking spots near reception. This means a long hunt for a vacant space, which can result in a long walk to reception. No fun if it is raining. I am comparing it with other private off airport parking where you leave your car at reception, they park it and it is returned to reception on your return.

Was really easy to book for our choice of departure dates and times. We have an 18 month old baby and the transfer vehicles turned up each time within less than 5 minutes of waiting, which was impressive. Have used the service previously, will use it again and would recommend it to friends.

Had to circle the car park in order to find a space. On return, had to wait 25 mins. for transfer coach.

There were no signs indicating where to find empty spaces. we eventually ended up in an area designated Staff Car Park and had a long walk to the office where only one person was at the desk and she was issuing keys to people collecting their cars. Staff were lurking in the back offices but did not come out to help, they continued to drink their coffees.

We were extremely happy with the Silverzone Parking experience. We always use this facility and it was nice that on this occasion our vehicle had not been moved during our time away. The staff are always polite and helpful. The frequency of the transfer bus is excellent.

Easy to get to, with prompt transfer to airport. The only drawback was that parking area's were potholed and when raining, huge puddles had to be negociated to reception.

if client forget the receipt given when the is parked, this seems embarassing. Can the receipt be sticked with the original booking sheet and included in hand-writing the parking location code as well?

when their car park was full, they directed us to the Long Stay Car Park and gave us vouchers to take care of it. No problems.

The car park was covered in snow and ice from a fall the night before. This made parking and transferring cases to the bus difficult but appart from that everything worked fine. I think the staff did their best at coping with the conditions which were exceptional.

Very poor value for money now. I note prices seem to have gone up circa 25% in the New Year. With a car park half full, no improvement in facilities this is unjustified. I am comparing using the service like for like at the beginning of December 2008 ie just over two months ago.

Easy to find, good parking facilities, quick check in, speedy transfer to airport, quick pick up from airport on return and fast turnaround to get keys back - thank you!

always book early online, allow 10 mins to park, keep raincoat handy in case of moderate walk in adverse weather.once parked up enjoy. the coaches run frequently. drop you of and collect right outside terminal. A no problem service.

Just a great service from beginning to end! We were astonished at just how easy and simple it all was.

We are happy to leave our vehicle parked at Silverzone parking as the staff are always efficient & helpful. The bus service is frequent and they drop you off and collect you from right outside the terminal. We can travel without having to worry as we know the vehicle is being looked after in a secure area. Usually the staff will move the vehicle close to the central office before your return to ensure a quick pick-up and get-away.
