was ment to fly out on the 15th April 2010 but because of the volcanic ash was unable too, had an email from gosimple.com saying that i shoud be able to claim my money back for my parking i did not use, when i tried i was told that A J Parking was not giving money back, so i lost my money, this was the only parking company not to give money back as far as i know, so never again

Car parked during volcano fiasco. Very flexible and prompt to retrieve car when avble to return to it!

through the volcano disruption we were delayed for three nights yet we were charged £10 more for them nights than the original four nights. We found this very disappointing an would think twice about using this company again

Transfer to airport was overcrowded.(10 people in a vehicle not designed for that many) On return driver just disapeared without saying a word leaving us to open doors unload our cases and find our car.

Generally easy to find. Not far from airport. Friendly but a little too laid back if in a hurry to reach airport.

Does what it says on the tin. Return flight severely delayed but not an issue for our driver. Better signage would be useful but, having used them before, this wasn't an issue for us.

i had to wait 45 mins at bristol airport to be collected as there was only one person on duty. Also, i had to wait when i first arrived at the carpark as the one person on duty had taken a group to the airport. If there were more staff then it would be better.

We have used A and J parking before and were very satisfied, this time and on previous occassion. Very efficient and will definatly use A and J next time we fly from Bristol.

Easy to find, on route to airport. Was busy so took a moment or too to park, staff were friendly. Transfers were quick and easy. Collection from airport was quick and car was ready to go.

Car park is a few minutes from the airport, frequent transfers and £3.00 per day parking.

Good directions to the site, we were on our way in minutes. Picked up within ten minutes of landing, brilliant!!! pity Bristol Airport wasn't as efficient

When we arrived at the car park after returning from our holiday we were told that they had had some trouble with our car. Firstly, they had broken the key off in the lock and secondly because they had nit been able to start/move the car the brakes had sealed on the wheel and the car would not move. They did not want to help us out with this and so we called the AMAZING RAC who responded very quickly and fixed the car. However while we waited, we were not offered a warm drink or any warm facilities. It was snowing and we had very few warm clothes as we expected to get into a warm car and drive home. I waited with my 14 month old daughter in a freezing cold porta cabin which had a gas heater but they did not offer to switch this on for us. Thankfully the RAC reponded very quickly and we got in our way. I would not recommend this car park at all.

Very efficient, convenient and friendly service, and very good value (especially compared to the airport!)

Helpful and warm welcome, no hanging about. This gave a feeling of going on holiday without stress and confidence that our return would be the same. Thank you to all concerned.

Friendly service that offered secure parking and good value for money but pick upon return not quite as punctual as expected.

We stood at the airport for half an hour ringing the numbers provided to let them know we were ready to be picked up and nobody answered the phone. When we finally got through we were picked up shortly after. On arrival back at the carpark we found our car to be badly scratched but the owners couldn't care less and told us it was tough luck. Great customer service it most certainly wasn't. It's cheap - but for a reason. Don't bother, spend a couple of pounds more and park elsewhere

Was a little tricky to find as it was dark when we arrived. there were no lights to the back of the barn where we parked. the coach transfers were prompt and the staff friendly. i would use them again, good value for money.

The one downside was that the outside of the car was absolutely filthy when we collected it. We can only assume there had been some building work/activity on site at the time. We would have appreciated it if the company had hosed down the car before we collected it. Other than that the service was as good as always.

Easy jet should watch these people for organization and service then there would be no stress getting from check in to the plane

Do not wear your Sunday best outfit as lots of work going on at the parking site. The guys are really friendly and the transfers were good. It is really close to the airport. Will use again.
