I was extremely impressed with A&J Parking. We arrived at 4.30am and only had to wait about 10 minutes for the coach to take us to the airport. The place itself was easy enough to find, even at that time of the morning! And once you arrive it is well lit. The coach that took us to the airport was clean and comfortable, and the journey only took about 5 minutes! On our return, we arrived back at Bristol at midnight, our flight having been delayed. As soon as I called the number I was told we would only have to wait 10 minutes for our lift. Unfortunately, there had been severely bad weather while we had been away and the driver had been involved in a car accident and written off the minibus! Despite this however, we were picked up by the same driver in his own car! Most companies probably would have cancelled their pick-ups under these circumstances, and so I was very impressed with this customer service. Upon our return to the car park, rather than having o wait 20 minutes for our car to be found and brought to us, it was sat at the entrance, engine running and heaters on! This small gesture was very welcome at that time of the morning when all we wanted to do was get in the car and drive home! As stated above, for price, convenience and friendliness I will definately use A&J Parking any time that I am flying from Bristol Airport in the future. Thanks!

overall was better than expected. Park was close enough to make transfers quite quick. was dropped off and picked up within 15 mins each way.

Instructions for finding the parking were fantastic and easy. Our transfer to the airport was very fast indeed. On the reurn journey, unforseeable circumstances prevented as punctual return as hoped. But this was due to weather and traffic issues. Very pleasant people.

i would definately use this service again however for new customers i would advise that finding it is a bit difficult so i would allow for extra time

If picking up at night (especially in adverse weather conditions), you need to remember your route out of the park as there is no lighting on the exit roads.

I would definately recommend A and J and would use their services again. They were reasonably priced, gave clear directions and were organised both on arrival and departure. They were also helpful when our flights were delayed for 5 additional days. The only small details that were difficult was the telephone number to ring before arrival was in small print on the email and not immediately visible. We tried a couple of numbers on the email before finding the correct one, but in saying that staff were on site and expecting the car. Transfers were quick and we waited only a few minutes at the car parking site and then again on return to the airport. A well run service which I will use again.

A very freindly service, prompt reply and response to being picked up, espescially since it was freezing on that day, staff extremely freindly and sympathetic and even took the time to defrost our car which was covered in snow. So that was a good touch. If a was to nick pick then i would say the van desperately needed a valet as it was a bit grubby. Other than that everything else was very good. Thank you would definately use them again.

Close to the airport. Easy to find. Quick transfer times. Parking area OK, although we did have to negotiate a huge puddle to get into our car on return!

This garage is near Bristol Airport and the staff are helpful, transfer only took a few minutes. It was easy enough to find with Sat Nav, though not that well signposted. It was over half the price of airpork parking. When we got back our car wouldn't start, but they had jump leads and helped us out. Transfers to and from the airport were punctual. Will be using again, I'm sure.

We arrived very late and the guy on the desk couldn't have been more helful and even offered to drive us to the airport in my car rather than wait a couple of minutes for the next bus.

5 minutes from terminal. Everything was very easy. Finding the car park may be the only issue as there are no signs. But if you follow P&H (I think) Engineering who work from the same site it's dead simple.

This was a nice, easy service to use - staff were friendly and courteous and we left our car feeling it was secure. Having the car ready for us to leave was a nice touch. The cost was a pleasant surprise compared with some charges we have encountered. Overall a good service which we would recommend.

The reception hut was basic but considering the price against other operators it was not a problem. I would use the service again.

For the amount it cost for a weekend it was good value, the chap was quite helpfully and i felt i was leaving my car in a secure place.

Only one battered 4 x 4 car available for a group of people at bristol airport. my wife had to wait at the airport for me to collect her as there was no room in the transfer vehicle. The transfer vehicle was disgusting , filthy inside and outside. But it was cheaper than the airport. next time i will pay the extra at bristol airport
