Very easy. Close to the airport. Very quick service. Would use again.

I telephoned S & K parking as directed and was told to wait at a point in the drop off car park. As we had no luggage to collect from the carousel, I rang when we were approaching passport control. There was a slight delay in going through security. When we arrived at the point to be picked up I saw that I had a missed call from the parking company. I rang the number back and when I spoke to the driver he was most irate and clearly agitated and told me that I had cost him time and money by not being there and that he was not allowed to come back into the car park for fifteen minutes and that he would collect us then and the next time to make sure that I did not ring before I had collected my bags. I was rather dumbfounded at his reaction and did not reply to his outburst. He then collected my partner and I at approximately 11.30 pm and during the journey I had no conversation with the driver as I was still rather shocked at his attitude on the telephone. The parking area operated by this company is in an isolated position along a country lane. On arrival there I collected my suitcases from the rear of the minibus and again felt it prudent not to have any conversation with the driver as by this time we just wanted to be away from there. As I collected my cases he handed me my car keys and sarcastically said “Thank you”. I replied that I did not feel the need to thank him because of his attitude and that I would be making a complaint about his behaviour. As we were walking back to our car he started shouting and saying that he would be in touch with the agency to recover his £4 that it had cost him to leave the car park as I could not follow the simple instructions about ringing the firm. Do to the isolated location of this car park and the fact that we felt very intimidated by this individual; neither my partner or I responded to his tirade of abuse and drove away in what can only be described as a state of shock. My partner was extremely distressed by the events that occurred and as she pointed out, it would have been exceptionally frightening if it had been lone females. I accept that I probably rang too soon, but all that was required from the driver was a polite explanation and I would have gladly paid him any extra cost he had incurred. It is rare that I find the need to complain, but on this occasion, what worries me more is the fact that this individual is operating from an isolated location and clearly has the propensity to lose his temper very quickly. I am not seeking any recompense for this incident, I just feel that as a responsible company you need to know what occurred to hopefully prevent this happening again.

Much better than expected from "off site" parking that we have used at other airports. Transfers to the airport were regular and we were not kept waiting at either end. will definetly use again.

Only spoilt on the return. The lady who pick us up on Friday 28th May 2010 unfortunately had us down for the Saturday( could have cross referenced with the flight no). Her tone was at first unhelpful and then became down right rude. When I retreated so that she could deal with my female partner, who eventually said we would not be using your services again their operative retorted in a loud voice 'good riddens to bad rubbish' Their operative was obviously new and not used to dealing with the public, or any fellow human for that matter. To finish on a positive the operative going out was very polite and helpful, the timing, going out, was excellent and the vehicle clean and comfortable.

Great value for money. Easy to find. Very friendly chatty staff with all the nesasary facilitys. The bus used for transfers is big, spacious and comfortable. The airport is literaly 5-10mins away and the staff are very very punctual. Will defonatly be useing them again.

Not so easy to find but quick and efficient to and from airport,car parked ready to go on my return.

Easy to find with the use of directions from AA route finder and S&K directions. S&K were prompt with transfers. Price was good for service.

the only thing i wasn't to happy with was the surface which was very dusty (lots of crushed stone) and the exit which is on a rise and the bottom of my car touched leaving the premises.

The site was very dirty and dusty so the car was filthy and covered in bird muck when we returned from our trip. The lady driver was very grumpy and impatient.

Really pleased with service although when driving away at 1am (so very tired) notice my stering wheel had been damaged.

Good directions so no problem finding the car park. Speedy transfer (just us) but had to wait on return as several people to collect, which is what you'd expect. Close to the airport and good value so we would use them again. Car very dusty is the only complaint.

Only a brief visit due to the volcano but in the scheme of things the parking experience was right near the top for convenience, efficiency and value for money. Would definately use them again.

Arrived in plenty of time for our flight but because there is only one person there people kept turning up and we had to wait on the mini bus for ages so they could be checked in we only got to the check in desk with min's to spare. Again coming back we had to call twice to be picked up and waited outside the airport for 3 quaters of an hour

This car park is fine for Bristol Airport, just make sure you pay attention when leaving the main road as they haven't put a sign up to make it easy to find. My main gripe was that they charged me extra for the two nights my car stayed with them when I was stranded due to the volcanic ash cloud that closed the airports. I felt that this was pretty mean, it wasn't a situation under my control, and they clearly weren't losing any money from having my vehicle sitting in their (poorly surfaced) yard during that period. The news reported that the airport carparks were waiving the charges for people stranded due to the closures, it's a shame S&K Parking couldn't have taken a leaf out of their books.

i would use this parking facility again. Night staff stroppy as she had to reverse back down the lane (4am) as i couldn't see to reverse back and there was a huge dip directly behind. the Pick up from the airport was very quick and friendly. Was given advice to avoid lots of traffic through Ashton Gate

While A and J were initially difficult to find, due to a name change not changed with the booking agent, they were pleasant and gave excellent instructions as to what to expect and how to proceed when returning. They were timely in the pick-up.

Instructions to get to park were clear and easy to follow. Immediate transfer to airport. On return we rang mobile number and transport to collect us arrived within 10 minutes. Overall a very good experience which we shall repeat when next travelling from Bristol.

I was very pleased with this service. They are located a convenient distance from the airport, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

did not return money after the volcanc ash problem, most other firms did so will never use again
