Booked with these mainly as much cheaper . we were only away on short break and airport silver parking which we had used before was very expensive. The directions were very clear and found the site no problem, although the site was not an even surface the guy on duty could not have been more helpful and very cheery for early in the morning , ( he even retrived something from my car that i had left in there and dropped it to the airport for me) Transfers excellent just a 5 min car journey from the airport, on return back to Bristol we rang once we had retrived our bags and he was there to pick us up in 10 mins. As we were the only passengers returning we did not have to wait around for anybody else or be caught up in queues to retrive our vehicle. WE higly recommend although the car park is not as tidy as the silver parking it is a fenced compound with guard dog, definatly a more personal service & quicker and better value for money.

The park is fairly close to the airport the parking staff was friendly and and the transfers were punctual.

Very pleasant staff and comfortable mini bus for transfer. Sign on the main road would be helpful for finding location. Will recommend you and use you again. Thanks

There was a bit of confusion over our return time, because of poor internal communication between staff at the car park,which luckily got noticed and sorted out by someone there before we left and there was more confusion on our return as our call to say we had got back didn't get passed on to the driver. Luckily he was collecting others off the same flight so we got picked up in good time anyway but it felt a bit hit and miss as far as their internal communication was concerned! It's a bit rough and ready, as are the staff, but it woked and was relatively cheap so cannot really complain! you get what you pay for!

Very narrow single track approach road, you would not want to meet anything comming towards you. Parking area was gravel. Our clean car was filthy on our return.

airport bus was there in minutes,dropped off at door,everything was ran very smoothly. was there waiting for me on my return, rang them as soon as landed. will definatly be useing the same one again. cheers

Easy to find not far from the A38 and very close to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful.very clean and tidy transfer mini bus.will definitely use again no waiting around for pick up good prompt service.Thanks Kim and Tom

Ours was a very early start and the staff member was on site to unlock the gates bang on arrival. Parking up was dead simple and booking in and transfer to the airport very quick. Facilities are basic and the car park surface a bit rough and ready but it is a secure site and it does the job. Pick up was equally smooth being picked up within a couple of minutes of phoning the driver. Car ready parked up outside and we were off home within minutes. All in all a positive experience and we would happily use S&K again. All in all a

Please only use this company if you are prepared to accept the basic level of service! We used it purely from a cost perspective as it was 50% cheaper than Bristol Airport parking. The staff were unhelpful, were not present to greet us at their site upon arrival despite us calling them 40 minutes prior to arriving. They were unhappy about us having to install our daughters car seat in their minibus and were generally unfriendly and dismissive. On arriving back in the UK we telephoned S&K once we had come through from the Baggage Hall, as requested, only to be told that we would have to wait at least 20 minutes for collection as S&K can only enter the carpark at Bristol Airport for a 15 minutes drop off/collection period for free otherwise they incur a parking charge and as they had already been waiting for us (and other guests) to come through from the Baggage Hall, their 15 minutes free parking had expired and they are not allowed to re-enter the drop-off zone for a 15 minute period. We were left waiting in the cold until they could return into the drop-off zone, at which point we were told again that we couldn't use our childs car seat in case there wasn't enough space for the other passengers. We politely explained that it was a legal requirement, only to be told by the S&K driver that it was not and he suggested that we sat our child on our laps with our seatbelt around her. The driver then drove as great speed without his own seatbelt on back to the S&K parking site, at which point he slid open the door of the minibus and an enormous Rottweiler guard dog leapt into the minibus, barking loudly and viciously, which not only scared my child, but also scared a majority of the passengers. The S&K driver did not have all of the passengers keys ready - thankfully we were able to get ours first - and we made a hasty retreat, NEVER to return to S&K parking again! I definitely would not recommend this service to anyone!

The directions were accurate and easy to follow and the staff friendly and helpful. We didn't have to wait long for the transfer bus on either leg of our journey and the driver was easily contactable by phone and able to give an ETA. Though the car park is nice and secure the site is on quite rough ground. The staff did say this is in the process of being improved. Overall, you get what you pay for and I considered this very good value for money and will use it again.

The car park surface was muddy and pot-holed. The transfer bus was not clean inside. The office and toilet were similar.

We have used S&J Parking twice now. We have both times found them very helpful. My only suggestion would be better road signs as it is not so easy to find the first time.I would definately use them again.

in my view the staff were rude and sarcastic,on return it"s 1am foggy with light rain, i asked the mini bus driver where my car was? his reply was "it"s over there behind that mini" in a condescending tone of voice (no tip given)if my car had been in front of the mini i would have seen it

directions to parking were good until you get to the lane , no sign showing S&K parking just some other initialed company, took a chance and went down lane and found site. Entry to car park is a bit rough but hey ho not paying to park at the Hilton : ) fast transfer to airport and collection was punctual. car ready to pick up on way home. Would deffo use again next time.

Helpful and friendly staff, transfer service was excellent and very punctual. Our car was out the front ready for collection once we had returned to Bristol. Prices where as expected.

Arrived at 3pm on the 22nd Sept and promptly left again. I wouldn't park there if they paid me. It is an old quarry and engineering works with a serious lip on the steep downhill entrance that scrapes your car in and out no matter how careful you are. Enormous quarry trucks go in and out past your car and huge signs on the ramshackle old hut explaining that they take absolutely no responsibility for any damage to your car (that fills you with confidence - like not!!). They also park the cars on a steep slope and so close together I don't see how they open the doors to get out without damaging the cars. If you value your car don't bother, I was prepared to pay the extra £38 at the airport than use this excuse for a carpark, and I can only imagine that other good reports have been written by them!

Very easy to find, prompt delivery to the airport which is less than 5 min journey. Can see that the car is secure whilst your away. Rang as was leaving the aircraft, bus was waiting for us by the time collected our bags. My car was waiting for us at the compound outside and already to go. Best car park Ive used by far!!!

Very efficient service, only drawback is it is very isolated place. I landed at night it looked scary place. it looked ok during day.

this was the first time we used this car park.done what it said on the tin. good service, we will not hesitate to use again..
