The detailed information I received about location was easy to follow. Transfers worked and were on time both directions.

The driver tried to get as many passengers on board as possible for the transfer to the airport so it was uneasy, thinking we might be late for the flight. For the return, the bus was out of action so the transport was a 4 x 4. There wasn't enough room for my family of three and another couple so I had to pick up my car and then come back to the airport for my wife and daughter. Not a great experience.

There was a minibus waiting to take me to the airport when I arraived at 7am - when I returned I called the number I was given, and was picked up in about 5 minutes. No problems, great value for money

Close to airport. Very quick transfer times. Hassle free, would use again!

The transfers were very smooth. The car was well looked after and the staff all very friendly. I'll use them again.

The approach to the car park which is at the end of a narrow side road from the main road could be improved as there is not much room to pass any other vehicles so care must be taken. There could be more lighting on site as we approached it in the dark. Staff helpful and the site is closer to Bristol Airport than many others.

Poor signposting from the main road - and the lane entrance still bore the previous owner's signage, I think. We arrived 5.30am only to pass the (one and only) minibus en route to the airport. It was a pretty nervy 20min wait for the van to return and pick us up. Facilities pretty grotty - no way would I have used the toilet! Felt quite sorry for the guys who worked there.

Service fine, car park not particularly high tech but didn't exppect much for the price. Would have used them again based on this, but when I picked up my car the person who had moved it had smoked in it. Not impressed.

I have no experience of other off-airport parking services at Bristol but A and J provided a good service. 5-10 minute wait either end for transport which was fine. Site is huge, security fenced, bit rough and ready but does the job. They were extremely busy so obviously get a lot of business. Would use again.

Very good service all round, friendly guys, very prompt and efficient. We used for a trip to Venice and will be using in future for all flights from Bristol Airport
