So easy.... pulled in, pressed button to speak to operator at gates to confirm ref number and drove in. Same going out. I chose On Site Parking because of the night flights we had so didnt want the transfers etc. Had to pay 6 days when only in 4 1/2 as they over lapped which was annoying

I booked this online, and we figured it was a reasonable price for a week's parking. Once I'd booked it, I then thought we might need a little extra time, in case of delays, so I went back to the website and did this, for no extra charge, which was fine, but the reply seemed to come from a different place, which was a bit confusing. We found the car park easily enough, but when we got there, nothing happened, no number plate recognition apparently. We used the help button and said we'd pre booked and the guy on the other end said okay and had the machine give us a ticket. Didn't ask for our reg number or booking number. When we got back, as expected, the ticket wanted to charge us for more than we'd already paid. Used the help button again, got a girl this time, told her we'd already booked. She asked us for the booking number, which we gave her, and she let us out. So no big hassles really, just a slight misunderstanding at the entrance. On the whole, we'd happily use again and recommend to friends.

very easy to book on line,my not be the cheapest be i felt very secure and had no worrys leaveing my car at the airport,we had a early morning return flight but the transfer coach was on time and was on the road within 20 mins of getting our cases thank you

The car park is near the terminal, the bus service runs every 15 minutes but we missed the bus and walked which was fine.

Easy to find, couldn't find a Space straight Away took about 15/20 mins of driving around. Easy transfers to and from car park Car park needs more lighting as where we were parked was quite dark and if I was a woman on my own I would not of felt safe

The service I used for parking was easily booked on line. There was more than adequate parking spaces and we felt the car would be safe until our return. The transfers from Car Park to Terminal and back were effiecient and friendly.

It was so easy. The staff were helpful. We were within a stones throw to the departures. Would definately use them again.

I waited about 10 minutes for the bus, but it dropped me directly outside Terminal 2 and on my return journey, a bus came along straight away and took me back to my stop in the car park.

Easy to find, and didn't have to wait long at all for a transfer bus at either end. Very convenient and reasonable value for money.

had to drive around to find a space,but once we found a space it was very straightforward to get on a bus.

When we arrived at the car park it was very full. We had great difficulty finding a parking space and became worried we were going to miss our flight. Not sure they will be able to continue with this system if people can't find spaces to park? After we eventually found a space the bus transfer was quick and efficient. Return bus also OK. The roads are fine in the car-park but parking spaces are covered with stone chipping as many of these had spread on to the road it made it very difficult wheeling suit cases. Not sure I would use this car park again -preferred the onsite car park where you just walk to the terminal

So easy to park up, get shuttle bus for a five minute trip and directly into airport. On return simple reverse process. And you only needed to put in your parking ticket on exit and off you went. So easy.

Pre payment meant no queues to pay for the car park on returning from holiday, booking early meant a good price for the weeks parking.

Arrived to find a transfer coach waiting to take me to the terminal. Driver pleasant. On the return waited only 5 minutes and on the journey immediately. The only difficulty was that my vehicle was not recognized at the barrier and it was along time before I was able to contact enyone for help, in the meantime a long queue had built up behind my vehicle. When I eventually made contact with a representative, the barrier was raised and I was on my way.

Very good value....the cheapest I found after a lot of searching. Good clear paperwork.

We parked the car, and just missed the transfer bus,it was a very cold morning,we only had to wait for about five minuites for the next one.

Not having to leave your car keys is most important to us. Close to the airport with regular transfers.
