quick and easy from drive in to parking and bus pick up, used before and will use again, very satisfactory.

When entering car park 5 courtesy bus was already waiting,which went straight to Airport terminal which was 2 mins away. On returning waited 5 minutes. Overall GREAT SERVICE,GREAT PRICE.

By far the best car park we've used, easy to park, waited 5 minutes for bus to terminal and same on our return. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!

Barrier was not working on the way in, and machine did not accept the exit ticket on the way out, but was quickly resolved.

The car park was relatively small and empty so no problems finding a space. I have used this service before and during peak holiday times finding a parking space can be problematic so go early

We weren't recognised by the rickety system birth times but a quick call solved the issue immediately.

Despite the fact we had paid our number plate wasn't recognised when we arrived and we had to collect a ticket. This took extra time and when we came to lave we had the same problem and had to phone through again. If it were one off this wouldn't be an issue but it has happened to us several times before when we've used this car park. I think it is time they did something about this system.

So easy, on site parking for a great price. Regular transfers by very friendly and helpful drivers - who even help with your bags. This is by far the best way to park at Birmingham Airport.

Initially impressed when my registration and advanced booking were recognised. Slight hitch when the automatic barrier didn't lift. All sorted out amicably by Customer Services.

I had no issue with the booking service which was easy & efficient. however I had to call for assistance when entering & leaving the car park to get the barrier raised. additionally there was a lot of work going on at the car park which made leaving a little confusing.

Given the rate of the bus transfers. i think the car park should have an access to it closer to the airport. Thus ensuring that you dont have to walk back up to the car entrance to the car park if you decide to walk back to your car. rather than waiting for the transfer bus.

It was adequate for our needs. I was not pleased to be asked for further payment on my exit of car park but fortunately this was resolved quickly

The signage to the car park was very poor and we found ourselves taking many circuits of the airport site before finding the car park. Once located, the camera at the gate did not recognise our number plate however the customer services rep on the end of the phone was very helpful and we were allowed entry. Bus came within five minutes and we were only three minutes away from the airport.

took quite a while to find parking space and also it is not made clear that if you have prebooked you do NOT put your ticket into the machine on exit

No record of us upon arrival. So asked to take a ticket and go to airport to check we were in the correct car park. Staff helpful at airport and confirmed we were correct and system had not been updated with our booking as booked through a third party. Very disappointing. Buses do not run as scheduled after midnight and long queues after delayed flights

Have used this company before and on both occasions have been very pleased. No problems experienced and will use them again and would recommend to others.

Every time we book we are told it is car recognition and every time it isnt, we have to press the button and give all our details both when we arrive and when we leave, this isnt a very good service, why say its car recognition when it clearly isnt. Also this time there were no spaces !! We had to wait until someone came and got in their car so's we could have their space!! A bit worrying when you have a plane to catch.

Only one issue which the attendant sorted out on my exit from the car park, the machine said I needed to pay £62.50 when I had already payed on line.

Excellent facility, at the right place (on Airport site) and at the right price. Would definitely use again. Thankyou
