Easy from start to finish very close to airport closer than I expected! ANPR worked a treat letting us in just off camera !

Would recommend. A couple of niggles, exit signs not very clear and ended up at shuttle bus barrier, had to reverse a long way to get back on track. Put ticket in to leave and wouldn't let us out without payment. Quickly resolved by pressing the button and speaking to a member of staff. Excellent value and very close to airport. Shuttles seemed to appear more often than stated (a definite plus).

If you book online the price is reasonable. It is always difficult to find parking spaces and in our experience your always quite a way from the shuttle bus! Having said all this I would use again as other options are too expensive!

Overall, good experience. I especially like gosimply.com: it makes the booking process easy and of good value for money

Drove at the barrier and number plate recognition pulled up my details, issued me the ticket and let me in. Just as easy when leaving almost a week later. Was relatively painless and well worth the price.

i didn't read the instructions properly so although having prebooked I took another ticket on arrival which meant I was asked to pay again to get out. the person at the end of the assistance buzzer solved the problem in seconds convenient, efficient and good value

Everything was ok it did take a while driving around to find a parking space so leave yourself plenty of time. on the return we did have about a 20min wait for the transfer bus and we had a late night flight so everyone was tired and cold. When we went to the barrier it said there was a £132 excess charge so we had to press the button talk to an operator who then opened the barrier we were all a bit fed up but the car at the other barrier had the same issue so not sure what the excess charge was. In general went well but just a few hitches that we could have done without after a long journey and late at night.

My number wasn't recognized at entry, so I called for a ticket as requested in the booking instructions. When I returned, it didn't recognize my number/ticket at the exit, so again I had to call through (holding up the car behind). Dealt with OK by the operators, but what's the problem? And the signage for 'Spaces' needs to be far more effective, and updated more often - preferably automated.

The use of this car park was simple and really convenient to Birmingham airport. We used the shuttle to the airport and walked back as it was so close to the airport.

Very pleased with the service all tho didn't reckoned my number plate so pressed the button to speak the staff who where very helpful

Arrived at airport no waiting drove straight into car park transfers were punctual same when leaving airport no problems what so ever perfect.

Nothing to add really, it was simple, straightforward and problem free.

Best if you have very less time to reach to airport. But expensive than other car parks like aph but worth it.

Easy to book, simple to use, buses regular to get to airport, and saved myself £80 by pre booking, top job xx

Unfortunately the waiting area building was closed so we had to wait outside in the rain and got soaked as the transfer bus took 15 minutes to get to us.

I think it's important that pre-booked spaces are reserved in some way. I got very worried that there were not any spaces, had to drive around for a while, before I found one space! Important that enough time is left so that you don't rush for the flight! Otherwise, yes, safely parked in a compounded area, which is the best thing about Long stay car park 1.

On leaving the carpark I pressed the intercom button at the barrier as advised, before I said a word the operator, said "thats fine Mr Dewey, all is in order" and lifted the barrier --Now thats what I call service

Excellent value, close by the Airport and a helpful friendly coach driver, who was more than happy to drop us off close to our car, shall definitely use again.

Near to airport, driver was very co-operative when the bus filled up to capacity with skiiers and their equipment. Can't fault it.

Easy to book and good directions. Car park is in easy walking distance of terminal or you can use the frequent shuttle bus service, so very convenient. Not as cheap as off-site parking but much better, and cheaper than other on-site parking. My only gripe is that to exit the car park requires the driver to push the intercom button and give the car park attendant the booking reference - fine if he/she answers the intercom but not if you get a "please wait, we are very busy and will deal with you shortly". I know it was only a couple of minutes, but the same happened to a few drivers in front of me and it was frustrating. Still, on reflection, it was a good car park and a good price so I would definitely use it again.
