Unfortunately we arrived back at 1.00am., had a (seemingly) long wait for a bus which was very cold.When the bus arrived far too many people were crammed onto it because the line was so long that nobody wanted to be left behind.The car park was very poorly lit and with three children was not a nice experience and one we will NOT repeat.

The internet pre-booking arrangement is first class and speeds up the arrival and departure process involving minimum conact with car park operatives.

Our vehicle registration plates were stolen from long stay 1 we have received no compensation or apology

We arrived at the car park to be met by an attendant who told us we had been upgraded to the covered carparks and gave us a free ticket to get out of the uncovered park. We booked into carpark no 2 which is adjacent to the terminsl snf covered. On retrieving the car we put ticket in the outlet barrier, pressed the button and agve our prepayment identity number. Barrier came up, we drove off. No problems.

booked longstay parking for the last two years never had any problems, its so nice to come straight off the plane and into your car the bus service takes you to the carpark easy fast and secure place to park many thanks for a good stay.

When we arrived at the car park we were greeted by attendants who informed us that the car park was full, but they diverted us to an alternative parking area at no extra cost when we arrived back on 18t August. Overall an excellent service.

Did exactly what was promised. After 20 hours of travelling the last thing I wanted was a complex check out procedure. Shame you weren't there to replace the battery in the immobilizer fob so I could start the car.

My experience was that the car park was very near to the terminal it was easy to find a space and the price was reasonable. Very good experience

This was the first time I had parked at the airport and I prepaid for parking. I had difficulty finding a parking space, but once I had easily found the bus stop and did not have to wait for a bus. However, I could not work out how to get through the barriers - on entry I knew that there was an instruction, but nothing was visible at the paypoint. In desperation I went to find an attendant (no-one there) and risked going to the barrier in my car, where I asked for help, which was good. There needs to be a notice up for customers who have prepaid at the paypoint.

We have used this car park few times now.It is good value compared to other car parks. the transfers are quick and convenient. The transfers back were just as good.

booking was very easy, car park easy to find and close to the terminal. When we got back we got straight out of the car park and onto the motorway even though it was manic due to the volcanic ash closing most airports apart from Birmingham. I will use this service again!! Thanks.

I have never had a bad experience with my parking at B'ham international, very easy to book, easy to find spaces and easy to catch a shuttle bus, first class parking unfortunatley second class flying :)

the surprise was due to the fact that we had beed delayed in Spain by ash etc and returned 4 days late. When collecting the car we found there was no extra charge. Given the profiteering by car hire firms, spanish/french taxi drivers and ferry companies this was a very pleasant surprise. Do not know if this was the case with all UK airport car parking but if not it was very much to your credit and its a pity we couldn't park there if we were taking off from a different airport next time!!

Lengthy waits for coach transfers, very few shelters at the parking area and a hiccup getting through the barrier - dealt with not too well by a fed up sounding employee. All in all, not great

We returned to the Long Stay Car Park at 11.30pm, during the hours of dearkness. This was my first experience of Birmingham Airport. It would have been hellpful when you gave details of entry and exit from the carport to remind us to take a note of not only the Car Prk area(EG D6) but the number of the bus stop nearest to where the car is park. In the dark areas of the car park there is difficulty seeing the numbered area. The bus stop number was lit up so that could be seen

Glad we chose long term parking.From parking the car we was at the departures in 10 minutes. Will use this one always.
