Easy to find, friendly staff, bus was there right way in the middle of the night, would always use it again

I have used the Airparks parking services at Mackadown Lane since they were first established, they are the cheapest, offer the best transfer service, valetting is a must make you feel better to get into a shiney clean car to go home in

We had to change to Meet and Greet at extra expense (as we were held up by considerable traffic problems) because the transfer bus which was waiting outside the reception area was not going to be leaving for 30 minutes!

Nice and warm facilities to wait for taxi to airport. Prompt parking of my vechile . Prompt service on arrival back to collect car. Will definatly use again

Very smooth operation, information at hand on the transfer buses and excellent organsation for keys and locating of vehicles on the return journey. Well done Airparks!

arrived at airparks at 04.30am. my partner went to take the car keys in & i waited by the bus with my friend & our cases - it was cold & raining & the bus driver would not allow us on until my partner returned with the ticket ;-(( We booked meet & greet so we wouldnt have to hang around when we landed. We called airparks as we waited for our luggage & only waited outside about 15 minutes before the driver arrived with our car - felt longer as we had to meet on open carpark & it was cold & raining (for a change) - that was'nt drivers fault & as they are 15mins away he must have set off as soon as we called!!

Good when your friends are to busy to take you to the airport. Easy to get there and simple to come back. Car is ready to take you back home. Very useful service priced fairly.

Fairly good. Instructions of how to get there could have been better difficult to see in the dark.

this is the first time using car parks at airports but this was really efficent and easy to book and use i will use it again price is about right so no more taxis to and from airports thank you airparks

Really disappointed with customer service on arrival. Completely not welcoming, no engagement and a surly attitude. Otherwise fine!

Efficient service. Transfer took a little longer than expected and indicated on website, but not really a problem.

It is shame I did not use Airpark earlier. I hope service will be same all the time. We did arrive late after midnight and bus was just on airport so I did not wait a long. We had baby with us too so was very comfortable zo get straight from airport to airparks.

No hesitation in giving positive feedback for this facility. Anything which reduces the stress of travelling is to be commended.

Good service at reception & good transfer to airport, however, on the return journey we had to stand all of the way as there were no free seats. Good service on return at car park & no delays or fuss in leaving site. Will definitely use again.

Described as the place to collect the vehicle at the middle car park pay station but this did not appear to exist. May be the car park lay out had changed recently and the documentation had not been updated? It was confusing for someone who does not travel frequently.

Speedy check in with friendly staff. Quick transfers, had to wait a little longer than expected on arrival back into Birmingham but wasn't excessive. This is the seond time I've used this park and would definitely use again.
