Directions to secluded location were first class. Clean, secure and acceptable facilities. Very fast coach trip to airport. Little waiting time upon our return. Will definitely use Karl again and would recommend them to all. Noel Baskin. Yet another satisfied customer.

I was very happy with the service and would recommend Karl parking to others.

Our party were due to depart on the 18th May but our flight was cancelled, we re-scheduled our flight for the Saturday. We called Karl Airport Parking and the staff at Karl airport were very helpful and friendly and there was no problem moving our booking.

the staff in reception were extremely friendly and it was fantastic value. The car park was easy to find and well lit......customer service would have scored a 5 however on our return the driver was rude and extremely abrupt with both of us in our party. Not exactly what you want to arrive home to.......if it weren't for this I would have scored customer service a 5!

Ovarall a good value for money. The location was a bit difficult to find because our satnav has got it slightly wrong: the same road, but wrong address. We had to wait about 5 mins at the reception before someone has got a van and has shown us where to park. They have helped us to load our luggage into the van right where we parked. The journey time to airport is about 5 mins. On our return there has already been a van waiting with the list of everyone arriving on the same day. So we have got in along with other folks and were taken to the car park. The driver has helped us to load our luggage at the airport and unload our luggage right where we were parked.

Best value parking we could find for Belfast International. We've used them four or five times now, and always find staff are friendly and obliging, and we've never had to wait more than a few minutes for tranfers. Recommended.

The young man - sorry I forget his name - was extremely helpfull. The service was excellent. First class.

Now I know where to go, I will definitely use again. 5mins or less from airport, nice mini-bus for transfers and I felt confident the car would be looked after while I was away. Thank you!

Great service from very friendly and helpful staff. Good reasonable price, plus you get to take your keys with you. All in all a very pleasurable experience and will definitely be back again:-)

I was expected. Parking was simple and quick. Transfer to and from the airport was prompt.

Was very pleased with everything that Karl airport parking had to offer.The drivers were really friendly,and were most punctual when they were required.Great value for money,and easily accessed,i will definitly be using it in the future.

Friendly, quick, down to earth, good pick up both from parking & from Airport to car. Car was dead when we arrived back & hubbie went over to desk & was given jump leads & battery & we were back on the road. Excellent & have used before & will use again Linda

Excellent value for money compared to many others I have used. Punctual to pick up on arrival. Convenient drop off/pick up point. Helpful staff and drivers. I am travelling again this month and I will be booking again!

Used service before flying to Edinburgh. Place was easy to find, well run, very busy and bus took us straight to the airport. On the way back they actually called us to see if we were ready. Bus was sitting Outside waiting on us to go. Back in one piece, car exactly how I left it. Many thanks!

Really excellent service, very helpful staff. This was the first time I have used Karl parking, in fact I have booked them again this Friday for a short trip to London.

I can't speak highly enough about Karl Parking. We stupidly left our car lights on when we went on holiday and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, getting us back on the road in no time.

We booked online which was trouble free, when we arrived at the carpark we were seen to immediately and the transfer bus was available five minutes later, the transfer driver very a helpful and happy man. On our return we phoned the carpark and were first at the bus stop waiting , the bus arrived ten minutes later but suddenly people who had arrived after us pushed forward to get on the bus which meant there was no more room for myself and partner so we were told another bus was on route .. It was another few minutes for this bus.. Overall , besides the return incident everything else was very good .. I will try the service again .

Pick up at your car boot and drop off the same. Help with bags and friendly helpful service. Highly recommended.
