Only complaint is that luggage is not removed from minibus by car park staff. Women are left to remove their own luggage or rely on a helpful fellow passenger.

We have used red cent 3 times previously and would highly recommend them.. very good.

Travelled in mid May'09 early morning departure with 3 cars from our party using the carpark. Had no problems with either the outward or inward service. I have paid for carparking nearer the airport and Red Cent give far better value for money both in terms of cost and service.

Very pleasant experience all round - whether on parking the car, the short journey to the airport, good information as to our return, no delay in retrieving car. Well done.

We arrived at 4am and staff were pleasant. transferred immediatly to airport. On return were picked up about 10mins after phonecall and taken back to car. Very good value for money.

i made an error when booking and needed to add an extra day. i phoned the number and paid an additional fee (£5) and was told i would receive another email to confirm the new arrangements. i didn't receive an updated email but there were no problems when i arrived at the car parka dn their system had been updated. the staff in red cent are professional, friendly and efficient and we have never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for the bus to arrive. i have used this facility twice and would have no hesitation using it again or recommending it to others

A very pleasant experience, transfers were prompt and my car was waiting on my arrival. Minimum of fuss at park reception - overall a very good experience that I will be happy to repeat and recommend.

This is the first time I have had to wait in the car for the transfer bus to return from the airport.

Directions were really helpful and easy to follow, as it was my first time driving to the airport. I would recommend.

Booked last minute on line and wasnt sure what I had done, however I neednt have worried. Directions, location, service and value for money were all first class! Will be parking here again and telling my friends.

The service was fine only issue was loud rave music being played in minibus back from airport. Otherwise better value for money than other carparks at the airport.

Red cent is one of many 'cheap'airport car park facilities at Aldergrove and apart from Cosmo,we wouldn't go anywhere else.I therefore am not in a position to compare these car parks.That said, we are always perfectly happy with Red Cent and the services they provide,otherwise we would go elsewhere.My only word of warning,watch your head when boarding the mini-bus.There is a high step-up into the vehicle,and limited clearance above your head when embarking the bus.Good value all round!

I booked online and had a swift transfer to the airport. On return we were delayed as we where not shown as returning for two further days! However after a short delay the staff sorted this out siftly. I checked my booking which showed the correct timings and flight no. The only explanation is to check the staff record the correct return details this may have varied from the online booking form. Still good.

We have always used the bigger firms for parking, thinking security & proximity to the airport were what we were paying for. However, after a few nasty surprises cost-wise and some unexplained dents in the car the last couple of times we used our normal airport parking firm, we decided to research other options. Red Cent consistently came up as the most competitive, so we gave them a go. Don't be put off by the slightly longer distance from the airport - in terms of time, you're only talking about a 3 minute drive. A smaller scale firm Red Cent may be, but not where it mattered - efficient, punctual, friendly, secure parking spaces, and best of all, half the price of our usual airport parking. Give them a try - you'll not regret it.

Very good system except for some staff's attitude. No communication. Would have been nice if we had been asked something about our trip. Seemed to just want to get the job done!!!!

car park is only 5 mins away from the airport and the cost savings are amazing as i saved £14 - brilliant

Transfer on departing was prompt and efficient. On arrival I phoned the office repeatedly to arrange to be picked up but there was no reply. I decided to go out to the car park anyway and saw the minibus arriving. This meant that I got away promptly but I was concerned that the office was un-manned. I think that it should be made clear that if there is no reply that customers should head out to the car park since the minibus is on its way.

Check-in and check-out at the car park were quickly and efficiently attended to. On return the driver of the transfer vehicle took us straight to our car, some way into the park, so that luggage had not to be carried. The park is a good five minute drive from the airport terminal, but prompt and speedy transfers were available. An efficient and friendly service was provided at an economical cost. I have used Red Cent previously and will use it again.

It is very rare for the cheapest to also be the best in any situation. Red Cent are both, every time !
