On arriving at the car parking we were checked in straight away and transferred to the airport without delay. On arrival at the airport from our homebound flight we just rang the office to advise that we had landed and were picked up within 10 minutes. I would say that after pricing around this was the most competitive price obtained and was easy to find.

Killead Lodge Parking was excellent. The employees were helpful and the service was quick and convenient. Once I phoned from the airport I was picked up straight away and my car was waiting when I arrived at the car park. Will definitely use this car park again and would recommend it. Thank you!

As the weather was cold on arriving back late in the evening, would suggest that a larger capacity coach be used for the pick-up as a number of the less fortunate clients had to wait until the bus went back to the car park and then returned.

Directions on the website were appauling. There are no directions from north of the airport - only from Belfast direction. You need to give directions from the Airport. Also you hand in your internet voucher on dropping off your car and you do not have any number to phone on return as you have handed it in. Once you know where it is it is extremely good and you will want to use it again and again

This has undoubtedly been the worst decision I have ever made to book my parking with these amateurs, not only did they not bother to wash our car while we were away even though they offer this service but I think they may have been the people who invented the word UNFRIENDLY. Not only were their staff rude and ignorant but stupid seemed to be a natural thing for them. I had to point out where the keys were to our car as he couldn't find them even though he looked twice!!! There was a woman with us on the mini bus which had great difficulty getting into the bus, he never offered even once to help her on or off, he kept us all waiting a the airport for 40 mins when we arrived and by the third phone call decided that he better come and collect us. Then while we were waiting for him to finish dealing with the lady I mentioned earlier they discovered they had actually misplaced her car!!!! A big thumbs down on this company folks, my advice look elsewhere for I would NEVER book with these people again.

Because my husband was going to hospital in Leeds for surgery, we were unable to confirm our return journey details. I was told to phone them and confirm once I knew details. This I did and the young man who took the call was so not interested and just dismissed me with "just phone us when you collect you baggage love". When we arrived at Belfast International my husband was in a great deal of pain, but I waited until we had collected our bags to phone Killead. I have to stress here that I HAD 3 different phone numbers to try. I phoned and phoned and phoned and got the same message on all 3 phones for a full hour. The message said they were busy and their mailbox was full to try again later. I used all my phone credits trying again later. I phoned the travel lodge across the road and the man there, very kindly offered to go over and tell them to check their phones. I phoned again right away and as if by magic their phone rang. I was not at all impressed with their service. 1 phone not working OK, it can happen to anyone, 2 phones not working that is just bad luck, 3 phones not working is just not acceptable. You get what you pay for. I saved a few pound using Killead but I paid £8 on phone calls to them so it was a BIG false economy, and that's not counting the stress and pain they put both myself and my husband through. Pay the extra and use a park in the airport. At least you can walk to them if you have too.

Despite our very early flight, booking in the car was very easy, staff helpful and transfer to airport quick. No hanging around. On arrival back from hols it was just the same. Waited no longer than 5 minutes for pick up from terminal. On departure from Car park - very helpful member of staff noticed we hadn't closed a car door properly and flagged us down about it before exiting. thank you to that young man. Will definitely use them again

Finding the place in the night was a bit confusing. Extremely fast transfer both ways (I wouldn't go faster on a rural road). They ask you to stop on front of small office next to a transfer van, then take care of car themselves and keep the key. Not a piece of paper was handed out to confirm that my car is there and I am the owner (?!) but getting it back was easy - on way back the car was parked next to the office. Some dirt was on the car, maybe from a construction work nearby.

We were happy with our experience overall, however, on return to the airport we waited about 45 minutes to be picked up (despite telling us they would be 'right there'). This was disappointing because it was after 2am. Also, they didn't have record of payment on return and we were asked to prove we already paid, which we had given to them on arrival.

Transfer to airport was excellent however on our return we discovered that there were 20-30 other people waiting and only 1 small bus was operating. Had to wait for ages outside terminal. Also, thankfully my car was ready when I eventually got to the carpark however my sister's was not therefore she had to wait for the guy to find her car and bring it to the front office. Very annoying after the wait for the bus! Generally unorganised even though they should have known how many people to expect as we all had to give our return flight details on booking. Very disappointed.

Arrived early on Monday morning, reception unattended. Eventually spotted member of staff washing a car. Was informed that I could not park there because of flooding!. Told to go elsewhere. Refused to transfer car or leave me at airport. Reloctaed to Red Cent. Customer facilities and service at Red Cent excellent. And significantly cheaper. Will never use Killead again but will use Red Cent.

Killead lodge parking is a great service.The staff are friendly,helpful efficient and honest.The car parking and transfers were trouble free and in addition our teenage son's 'lost' mobile phone was located and returned without any trouble.will definitely use Killead again.

i used this carpark for 17 days in august and found it really good value for money. It was easy to find and as soon as we cheked in are luggage was loaded onto the bus and we were shuttled to the airport in just 5 minutes, on our return we wer collected very quickley, both the staff and service were fantastic. i will definately be using this carpark again. congratulations on ur excellent service

Was a bit worried about finding the place as it is a bit out of the way but information on website helpful, although could be better signposted. Transfers were quick and bus was there to collect us very soon after I phoned on our return. Also cheapest rate. Would definitely use again now that I know where it is.

After finding Killead Lodge we were sent to another carpark (Red ?)where a place had been reserved for us because the ground was flooded. We thought that a telephone call would have saved us time and travel as we passed the other to get to Killead Lodge.

Apparently Killead lodge was flooded but there were other cars parked there . I think they overbooked. We were then sent to Red Cent where we had to wait on the single coach returning.On our arrival back I had to call 3 times and wait 40 minutes for the transfer to our car. Never again.Pay the extra for the airport parking. its cheaper and more efficient in the long run.

The car park was impossible to find - no signage whatsoever. We came fronm the North West. Almost missed our flights. Found car park by pure accident. Caused alot of friction at start of holiday. Saved about £5.60 by not parking with Company at the Airport - my son will never live it down - he done the parking. Facilities were good enough when we got there, waited 15 mins for pick up on return, at least it wasn't raining. Never again!

Extremely poor service.The service was completely unavailable due to "technical difficulties" and the alternative parking arrangements suggested were closed. I had to park instead at the Airport long stay parking to avoid missing our flight arrangements and I am currently seeking a refund of parking fees.

This is the first time I had used the parking at Killead.....it was easy to find and on return the pickup from the airport was prompt. The driver was very chatty and was very willing to help in any way he could. I will be using the Killead next time I go on holidays...I would recommend it. Regards Sonia Craig

We arrived very early in the morning at Killead Lodge and there was only one old dithering man who took ages to log the details of three parties. A fellow customer nearly missed his flight! On return from holidays we waited outside the terminal for at least twenty minutes before being picked up. I would not use this carpark again!!!
