I arrived very early in the morning and was brought to airport immedaitely. 5 mins journey. on arrival quick phone call and pick up was there in 5 mins. Will definitely use again.

could'nt fault the service arrived at 6.30am and was in airport 5 minutes later - on arrival back in Belfast rang through after collecting baggage to say we were ready for collection and the minibus was there within 5 minutes - staff very helpful would use again and have no qualms in recommending to others

When we arrived back it was 11-30 pm & the pick-up was very prompt. Unfortunately our car was parked beside an overflowing flower-bed and our feet & suitcases were soiled to say the least. We also had to wait while the attendant moved cars so as we could get ours out. At that time of night & in the darkness it was dissappointing

The car park isn't the easiest to find but the service was good. The car wasn't ready for our return but the staff were very apologetic and fetched it for us within minutes. Will definitely use Killead again.

I recently left my suitcase by accident when picking up the car - happily I remembered myself after a few miles but found out later they had contacted my son by mobile already to let him know. I had my own switched off.

The service to amd from the airport was very good. We phoned when we arrived home and the driver was there in less than 10 minutes. The driver didn't speak to us at all, even a hello would have been nice. Having said that, I would definately use this company again.

Have used Killead few times now. Location wise its excellent to get too and never had to wait any longer than 5 minutes for bus to and from airport. Leaving car and boarding bus at Killead is all efficiently carried out by their staff. Good value for money here.

Took us a little longer to transfer than on site parking. Not well signposted but we were informed that the signs were removed. Polite and helpful staff. Good value .

very dirty drivers mat due to mud. I was asked to wait on another flight to arrive while we were about to leave after being picked up on our return. This was not more than 10 minutes but we expected to leave right away.

Great quick service, handy just leaving car at reception and at airport within 5mins. Pick up waiting for us outside of airport, nice new van. Very good will definitely us service again.

Obviously, being New Years Eve, pilots and everybody else was wanting home early, so our flight arrived 1/2 hour EARLY, and the Killead Lodge staff even apologised for not being there to collect us!

Booking in was hassle free, staff very friendly and efficient. Transport to airport satisfactory, dropped of at terminal building. On return ahter a telephone call to the office we were very quickly collected and taken to our car. All in all a first class service.

A very efficient and fast service, to and from the airport. I would not hesitate to use this parking facility again. I think the web description said that Killead lodge was on the left. This is true, but the parking was on the right. We drove into the front of Killead Lodge where there was a small notice on the front door indicating that the parking was on the other side of the road. Obviously otheres made the same mistake - hence the sign on the front door.

The facilities were good and staff were friendly. The directions to the site are also very useful. Pleased with the valet carried out whilst we were away. Only criticism is that when we arrived a party were in just in front of us and this meant about a 20 minute wait for the shuttle bus. I accept there is a caution to come early on the web site but this would mean if you were caught up in traffic or anything and are running late you would be putting your departure in jeopardy

I found this carpark easy and efficient to use. It may be a little bit further than other carparks but I allowed myself a little more time to compensate. Staff were friendly and transfer bus was available within 5 mins of arrival back at airport. I would be happy to use this facility again and recommend it to others.

The service was excellent. Our vehicle was ready when we returned and the pick up from the airport was timely. The directions to the car park could have been clearer. The foot mats in the vehicle were dirty. The car park site is a little unprepared. I am not sure if I would like to use the service at night.

Everything went great until we returned to carpark when the guy in the office insisted that we had not paid in not a very nice tone, eventually he found that we had and just handed us the keys without as much as "sorry", besides that they were ok.

Although I knew where the Killead Lodge was, there were no notices to the Car Park, which is on opposite side of road. The facilities offered were good but...when returning I was upset that there was only one transfer bus in service - this meant we had to wait for the third shuttle (about 30 minutes). I will need to be assured that this situation has improved before I use Killead for my next trip.

Our departure time was 6:35, and we reached at 5:35, the mini bus was just outside waiting for us, 10 mins later we were right the airport. When we came back,the flight was about 30 mins early, after a wee call, we were in the mini bus no more than 5 mins. Perfect!

We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff as we drove in at 0540hrs. Arrived at airport 7 minutes after getting out of car which is as quick if not quicker than airport car park but the bonus was that we did not have to drag our cases around. Upon our return, called them from baggage hall and they arrived to pick us up within 2 minutes of our arriving outside. Car was ready for us in front of office upon return. Brilliant service and brilliant prices, will definitely use them again.
