Easy to book online, cheaper than other airport car parking. Mini Bus to take you to and from the airport. 1st Class service

Very good service. Only short wait for transfer bus to and from Airport (10 / 20 minutes). Bus clean and warm. No complaints at all - will book again.

Generally its fine.Its not rocket science.You get what you pay for and in this case its a decent product at a good price.As long as you are not impatient or in any rush I would recommend the facility.

Very good service, clean & tidy transport vechicle. Directions to location could be a little more detailed.

although i found the parking to be adequate and well priced, the location was further away than indicated and difficult to locate even with directions. this would deter me from using it again

Easily found. Pleasent staff. 5 minute transfer to airport in clean, comfortable minibus. Will definatly use this service again.

On arrival at the carpark we were taken straight to the airport - a very prompt service, so we were well in time for our flight. On returning to the airport, the shuttle bus arrived within 2 minutes, couldnt have asked for more!

I have used Kilead Airlodge parking previously and on all occassions I have found it to be convenient, good value, the staff were courteous and when contacted the mini bus was there promptly to collect us from the airport terminal.

We waited 35 mins when we got back and after 2 phone calls we finally gave up and got a taxi round to get our car, we had phoned immediately when we landed as we had no luggage to collect, we needed to be on the road we were in a rush (Derry) They knew the time the flight landed so they should have been there to pick people up, despite the cost I would not use this parking facility again. It cost us an extra £8 for taxi

Excellent service & value. Good site and competent staff. Service could be helped by Airport police stopping cars from stopping or crawling over zebra crossing in front of terminal to enable their passengers pickup without parking.Will use again

The only down side is that it is not as close to the airport as I had expected and the back roads are B quality. The directions on the web site coming from Belfast do not say which direction to turn at the airport roundabout, we turned right when it should have been left.

We have used Killead Airlodge Belfast airport parking three times this year. I find it convenient and suitably rapid. Even though it looks a bit off the beaten track, it is really only few minutes away from the terminal. The staff is efficient and to the point. I will use it again.

Price was very reasonable. They offered a valet service at competitive rates and a very good job was done on the car.I was very pleased with all aspects of the service. I have used Killead before and I will certainly use them again.

This was good value for money compared to others available. 5 minutes from the airport. I was lucky to just catch the transfer coach on the way to the airport. I had a 10 minute wait on return. I would have no hesitation to use the service again.

I rang when I arrived at the exit. It took quite a while for the minibus to arrive and then because the carpark is some distance from the airport another while until you get into your car. It seems even longer in the middle of the night.

Travelling with a party of 7, we found no problems at all. A very fast efficient service and our friends from Dublin could not believe the treatment we received. We would use the facility again in the future.

I have used Killead on 7 occassions now, the staff are professional, they offer a car washing service while you are away. The prices are excellent. On my most recent trip away my flight was delayed and I hed to contact Killead to say I couldn't collect the car until the next day, the staff couldn't have been any more helpful and the extra overnight charge was only £3.00. I wouldn't consider parking any where else!

Everything was pretty much OK, would have been better with clearer directions/signposts especially when one doesn't know Belfast. The other big problem was when we arrived back at Belfast and telephoned to be collected and no-one answered the phone. Basically, it seemed for about half an hour that we were stuck at the airport with a young baby, not knowing if we were going to get to our car. Eventually the bus arrived but it was disconcerting not to be able to reach anyone.

I arrived at Killead Lodge around 6.30am, the staff on duty were very helpful, gave me details of how to contact them on my return. Excellent value for money when you consider that just to park that little bit closer to the terminal you could pay twice the price. On my return, I arrived after 9.30pm, picked up my bag then called the number given and within 5 minutes or so of my call there was a bus there to take us back to the Lodge where staff were waiting with my keys and the car ready for me to get into and head home. Excellent all round service and will definately be using them again

We dined in a little restaurant around the corner which I can recommend. We then drove to Killead Lodge, about five minutes, where the bus driver took our bags from the car and put them on the bus. We drove straight to the airport with plenty of time to spare. The bus driver was polite and friendly. All in all good service and reasonably priced. Thank you. M. Connolly.
