The venue is abit awkward to find but I checked the directions with Google Earth the night before and it was very helpful. When I arrived a member of staff was abit abrupt and not very helpful. I was on the transfer bus within 10 minutes of arriving and got to the airport in plenty of time for my flight. On my return I reclaimed my luggage and rang the number given to me when dropping the car off. The bus arrived outside the airport terminal within seconds of stepping outside the building. As the Killead lodge is only 5 minutes away from the airport I was on my way home with 15 minutes of leaving the airport. The only downside is that some of the staff could do with some training on how to be polite to their customers.

i will definitely use killead airlodge parking in the future, they offer an extremely efficient service great value for money and the peace of mind that your vehicle is in a secure place

We booked and paid online and just turned up at 6am on the day of travel and everything ran like clockwork. On our return we phoned Killead from the arrivals lounge and they were at the airport in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later we were in our car on the final lap home. An efficient service that runs smoothly for at least half of the cost of parking at the airport - an all round winner!!

Have parked here a few times and always found it hassle free. No waiting around for pick-up, very efficent. Will park here in future as long as the price doen't rise drastically.

returning after our flight we had to wait approx 25 mins for our transfer from the airport to killead lodge. This was our only disappointment.

Because the "parking" is not bang beside the airport the first time you use the facility you could be a little worried about distance, delays, etc. But the staff are friendly and the service between the site and the airport is regular, efficient and easy. You know the car is secure. On our return to Belfast, the Killead minibus arrived within a few minutes. It was all easy.

We have used your service on two occassions and found it to be very efficient, economical and user friendly. We have recommended your facilities to many others who are flying from the International airport. Those who have used the carpark have been pleased also.

I found that this car park was the best value for parking at the International Airport, but it did take me some time to find it. If I had not allowed extra time to get to the airport then I may have missed my flight. There could be better sinage along the main rd so I would have known where to turn off.

Seemed understaffed. Had to wait too long in freezing cold for minibus. No clearly defined queue for the mini bus. Too many people on the bus. Car was not ready when we returned. Total shambles - lack of management and customer service. Will look elsewhere in future. Staff had really bad attitude to customers although they were under pressure and seemed understaffed, but it is a service and managemnet should ensure must better customer service.

Good value for money.Quick handover of car and quick transfer to airport.. However,on our return There was a little pushing etc to get on the bus.To many people waiting,bus too small.Quite a few left at airport waiting for another bus.On our return to Killead,a very ouick handover of our car had us on the road in no time. Good overall experience,but please get a bigger bus,or send 2 to collect tired weary homecomers!.

Have recommended Killead Lodge parking to friends since coming home from holidays and even at our holiday destination.Service was quick and very convenient.Coming back in late evening and having your car right at the door is a great joy instead of having to bus out to airport car parking and then haul 5 suit cases across the car park to find your car after 2 weeks away! makes a great difference.Thank you Killead Lodge.

On arrival the bus was waiting and quickly transferred us to the airport terminal, no waiting around. Helped us on and off the bus with our bags, bus was spotlessly clean and looked reasonably new. On return, I called the number given to us and the bus was sent to us straight away, we only waited for 2-3 minutes. My car was waiting for us at the reception door, very good customer service, a small company with reasonable charges, much better service than I received from McCausland Carpark, I will be happy to use Killead again, in fact, I have booked with them for my next trip in October.

we wrere told to phone their number when we collected our cases. There was NO answer on 3 occasions so we decided to go out to where we were told to wait.....no sign ..phoned again and man said bus would be along soon. 20 mins later bus arrived had to stand in rain ,were not well pleased with punctuality could have walked to long stay and been half way home by time bus arrived. Also would have preferred car to hsve been parked on hard surface.....not grass field!!!!

This was the first time we had used Killead Lodge Car Parking and found it to be good value. The transfers were punctual and the staff friendly. We will be using the facility in the future.

An excellent service - transfer to and from airport were very punctual (only 5-10 minutes wait at either side) and car park is only 5 minutes from the airport. The staff were friendly and the facilities secure. It was also excellent value for money compared with others servicing this airport. Would definitely use them again.

We have always used the airport parking facilities. This year we book killead Airlodge Car Parking. From the minute we arrived we had no hastle at all, we were greated with a friendly guy who put our cases in the mini bus and straight to the airport - same returning. I am telling everyone to book killead Airlodge Car Parking - A1 parking. Many thanks.

The cost of parking for a week was much less than two taxi fares would have been. I also had the comfort of knowing my car was secure and was pleased on my return to see it had been parked conveniently within yards of the booking office. That is a particular benefit given our unpredictable weather. I will be using Killlead Airlodge again in the next few weeks and have recommended it to friends.

noticed that some cars were being parked in a field, it used to be a concrete area think this is a temp as company are expanding. anyway i had no problems.

Staff dealt with my booking adequately. I was worried before i arrived about the distance from the airport but the transfer time was short( max 5 mins) and prompt in both directions. Would definitely use them again
