Upon arrival got shouted at for not parking where the man wanted - am I a mindreader? No assitance with luggage. Not a word of welcome or thanks. Upon return from holiday, rang number given and was told 5 minutes. Waited for 20, rang again, told 5 mins, waited over 35 mins in total. Saw the 'Old Schoolhouse' coach 3 times in this period!!! Little apology when bus finally turned up and very dangerous driving back to the carpark. Seatbelts were so twisted I couldn't secure my two children safely (and this while hurtling along the road!). Never again.

Area of car park is not irrigated, and is not hardened anyway. While raining, it was just a lake filled with mug. Car park suspended activity, without giving any prev. notifications to people, which were booking there. After arrival, they were directed to another car park, few miles away. Aa on the beginning of travel, when you're speeding for check-in, looking and finding another car park is very uncomfortable.

Carpark had been flooded and was advised by Killead Lodge to take the car to Red Cent's park,this was fairly satisfactory,but it would have helped if they had advised this change to me prior to arriving at their carpark.lucky I arrived in good time for the flight. James

Overall, parking at Killead Lodge was good. It is important to remember when using Killead Lodge that you have allowed a little extra time to allow for travelling from Killead to the airport etc, but Killead Lodge was certainly good value for money.

On arrival at Killead Lodge we were transfered immediatly to the airport knowing that our car was being looked after in secure carparking facilities. On arrival back from our holiday the transfer bus was waiting outside the terminal ready to transfer us back to our car which was waiting a very short distance from the office. All in all a very enjoyable service which i hope to use in the future.

Transfer on outgoing journey was fine. However, when we returned home at 2:30am (tired out from our 4 hour flight along with our 2 toddlers), it took 15 minutes for the vehicle to arrive (whilst all the other companies had their vehicles at the terminal within 1 or 2 minutes), and when it did arrive, there wasn't enough room (there were 3 families, including ours). The driver initally said he would squeeze us all in, but when I said this would be impossible, (how he planned to stick 8 adults and 3 children, including a baby, into their people carrier I'll never know), the driver had to phone for another vehicle, which meant another 5 minute wait for us (and no apology for the delay from the second driver). When I complained at the reception, they said they weren't aware so many people needed to be picked up, just the number of parties (3). Not very customer-orientated, if you ask me. Then, just to cap it all off, when we went to retrieve our car, we found it blocked by another, and had to get one of the staff to move it. First and last time I'll be using Killead.

very good service,easy got to,sign posted,bus ready and waiting,very cheap compared to others,less than 5 mins to airport,we phoned wen we got back and bus was over in 5 mins,pickup outside airport doors,will definalty be using this carparking every time.see yous 0n 31 july..

wee had to wait over one hour to get picked up on our day of return. people were just pushing past every one in the que to get on the so called miniu bus . i had a child on cruches and that did not matter .i will not be using killhead lodge parking again

I was given a card before travelling with 2 contact No,s on and told to ring when I have landed and got my baggage.I did this not once but twice.I waited 1/2 an hour before I was picked up.No apologies or a bye your bye.Customer service there is none. Why do customers have to phone to say they have landed when the car park know your flight details including flight No,s?

Staff were bad mannered both when we arrived and when we returned. (On arrival I witnessed one person being told there was no parking available for him even though he had booked it over a week previously. He and his family had to go looking elsewhere.) I had used this car park a yesr ago and was treated well but things seem to have gone downhill. I would prefer to pay more and be shown some decent courtesy. I will not be using this car park in future.

Transfer coaches are too small - ended up being left at terminal building following a stampede for seats when the bus did eventually turn up. Car park is quite a distance from the terminal building.Staff were pleasant and my car was waiting when we eventually reached the park.

On return we phoned to request collection from the Airport we then waited outside arrival exit. When the bus arrived it filled with another customer and their family, and the driver said that as he had not enough room he would ask for another bus. After another 10 mins, this being 30 min since we first called, we again phoned to be told that the driver had to go and get fuel but would arrive soon. After a further 5 mins a bus arrived and collected us plus 4 other passengers, who incidently had not phoned to request collection. When my wife complained the driver very rudly said that he had been very busy getting cars ready as a result of the flooding, and had been working until 10.00pm the day before. He showed no sign of apology for keeping us and refused to listen to our suggestion that the driver should know how many passengers to collect. In fact he point blankly said that if passengers filled the bus he would not know if they had called or not. When at the office my wife again complained to the girl in the office and was told by the driver that there was no good speaking to her as she was only new. In short if we had not phoned a second time we and the others waiting could just have been left standing until I know not when. I for one will not be using Killead again and will be advising my friends accordingly.

I was particularly annoyed that there were no reception facilities. No-one was in the car park reception on arrival and no sign in evidence saying where they were and what to do ? Eventually a transit bus appeared (15 mins wait) with no apology. Staff were scruffy in appearance and looked unprofessional. I loaded my bags on my own without assistance and of course there was a long queue waiting as reception as not manned. The transit was okay when it eventually happened. Moreover on the return leg, the carpark was absolutely flooded with huge puddles where one was supposed to disembark. A truly awful experience and one which I will not be repeating. What an unprofessional service !

Killead parking provided us with an excellent service, prompt tranfers to and from the airport and our car was immediately ready for our onward journey. The staff were friendly and despite our return flight being delayed there was no problem in in leaving the car for those extra hours. Many thanks,a great service and great value for money.

I will be travelling to Italy for 2 weeks in July and would not be willing to pay double for parking. A consession should be made for 2 and 3 week parking. You have the space in the back field that surely should not cost as much as covered parking of your competitors.The cost of administration is the same for as for 1 week as for 2/3 weeks. Parking costs should reflect that for weeks 2 and 3.

Paid £25.00 for valet which in my veiw fell short in standard. But for this feedback would be 100%. It appeared to be a rush job with lots of bits missed in the washing. It was only when I got home I noticed this so it wasn't in the absolutely awful category, but there is still room for improvement. Also this service is difficult to book on the 'net'.

On arrival the staff show a tendency to chat to locals rather than promptly departing to the airport. Only really matters if you are pushed for time however. On return, if they know what time your flight gets in they could arrange for the coach to be waiting rather than you having to ring and wait.

Belfast Killead Lodge parking offers value for money parking, the location of the car park in relation to the airport is a drawback, both in terms of actual transfer time (5-7 minutes), and the time involved in dispatching a transfer coach from the facility, if there isn't one at the terminal. The staff are very friendly and helpfull, my car was waiting for me near reception when I was dropped back to the car park.

This was our first time to use Killead Parking and we would have no hesitation about using them again. We arrived with them in the middle of the night and had no problems whatsover. We booked our car in and were transported over to the airport.On our return flight we phoned Killead and were picked up within 5 mins of our arrival to be transported back to Killead to pick up our car. Very professional service and reasonably priced. Many thanks

We arrived at the airport at 0645 hr on Mon 14/5/07 and could't find the carpark. We then asked 3 different people if they knew where it was. None knew where it was. We then attempted to contact the carpark by phone 3 times but all we got was an answer phone. This customer service is useless. As time was running out we had no alternative but to park in the long stay carpark. We respectively ask a refund as it was not possible to find the carpark and more importantly unable to even make contact. M.McCurdy
