I found the parking at Killead excellent. We arrived at the car park at 5.00 am for a 7.00 am flight. The coach was available and took us straight to the airport, journey took a few minutes only. On the way home the coach was outside waiting for us and took us straight back to the car park. No waiting required, and when we arrived at the car park the keys were handed to us and we were on the road in no time. Will definitely use this for future holidays.

Although a little hard to access this was a very cheap, easy parking experience. The guys took my car and parked it, left us immediately to the airport and on our return the car was sitting ready to put our luggage in. Perfect. Cheap too at £28 for 10 days.

In just a matter of 5 minutes, everything was sorted for us & off we go to the airport. Staff have been very helpful in speeding up the register process. On the way back, it only took 5 minutes for their shuttle vehicle to come & that really is brilliant since we were all dead tired on arrival!

Did not have long to wait on tranfers to and from the airport. Also car was ready for collection when we arrived back at Killead.

staff were very friendly and helpful, when we came out of the airport the bus was sitting waiting on us and when we arrived back at the valet the car was ready and waiting for us. it was a very good experience and would highly recommend it!

No problems with checking in accept as I mentioned the lack of friendly faces and a bit of courtesy at reception. The return transfer took 50-60 minutes from contacting them to actually being picked up. Driver then insisted on taking everyone who had gathered forcing customers to stand on the bus. Opposition buses with the same drivers arrived several times during this wait. Oh nearly forgot - the Elvis Presley CD was hard to listen to as well!

Missed entrance to car park and telephoned the number provided. Driver told us to wait were we where and he would come and direct us which he did with in a few minutes. Left us to the airport immediately and on the return journey I rang and was picked up within 5 minutes. An excellent service which I would use again. Also very good value for money.

Being so close to the airport transfers were very fast. We had to wait around five minutes for the coach when we returned from our holiday but that was not a problem. Our car was parked close to the office ready for us. The service was value for money - we will certainly use it again.

We arrived at Killead Airlodge airport and were seen to very swiftly. Our luggage was loaded onto the awaiting minibus and we were on our way to the Belfast International airport within 10 minutes of arriving. The journey to the airport only took 5 minutes. All in all a very smooth operation. We arrived back 2 weeks later about 30 minutes after midnight. One phonecall to the carpark as we went to collect our bags was all that was needed for the minibus to be awaiting for us at the exit. Again a short journey and we were on our way home with no hassle and no dents in the car. I cannot fault the standard of service and the good value for money. I will endeavour to book this carpark when next away on holiday.

Killead Airlodge car parking made my recent brilliant holiday just perfect. On arrival, we were attended to immediately in a friendly, professional manner and taken to the airport. On our return, we received the same efficient service. No hiccups whatsoever!! I would certainly recommend this car park to anyone.

Staff early in the morning could have been more pleasant. Apart from that we were pleased with the experience and would use it again.

good value for money, helpful staff, no areas of complaint, although a freephone contact number to ring when you arrive back at the airport would be VERY helpful. Will be recommending Killead to all my friends and relations. Please, DON'T let the standard of service drop. It was first class.

I have recommended this car park to others as it offers a cost effective, friendly service in close proximity to the Airport, the transfers took a little time on the way back but were rapid on the way out. Facilitites are modern and clean.

the staff were very friendly an on arrival there was a bus waitin to leave us to the airport. ON returnin the bus was slightly late after we called for it to collect us. However, my car was waiting ready for me with the keys in reception. The overall experience wa sfantastic and I will be using Killead Airlodge everytime I need to park at belfast International

I wasn't too keen on the fact that the the cars were parked in a field and on return when I phoned I wasn't told where the pick up coach would stop so I waited at arrivals and then had to hurry up to departures where people were being dropped off and there appeared to be a queue already waiting for the coach. The coach was not large enough for everyone but as there was a large group who wanted to travel together I was able to get on otherwise I would have had to wait a further 10 minutes or more.

I have used this service on a few occassions before and I have always found it very reliable. Very safe parking and my car always waiting for me at front door when I arrive off mini bus. On this occassion I had to contact lodge as bus wasn't waiting at airport but arrived within 5 min after phoning. I have recommended Killead to a number of my friends and they have used the service. Important to book during busy times.

Was the cheapest parking available and so great value for money, easy to fine with directions & close to the airport. Bus was there to pick us up at the right time so no waiting about. Great service all round!

Great service, even as our flight was in the early hours of the morning. Great value for money - I would definately recommend it!

I did not know about this car park until I surfed the net. We found all staff to be very courteous. We also found that on both departure and arrival we did not have to wait around at all we were brought to airport straight away and on arrival were collected with no waiting. The service provided by Killead Lodge for exceptional and we will definitely use again.
