Can't really fault the service. The car park was relatively easy to find, just following the brown road signs for Killead Lodge. I may just have timed it perfectly but there was a minibus just arriving as I did and I was on the way to the airport in minutes. It was a very short journey to the airport, less than 5 minutes. When I arrived back I had to wait slightly longer, maybe 10 minutes after phoning, before the minibus came. However my car was parked up at reception and I was on the road again very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

have used Killead twice in last few months. Everything is fine except I was perturbed to see there was no seatbelt for a minor in the middle seat (fold-down)section of one of your buses.More worringly an additional passenger was squeezed in which meant that 3 passengers (2 adults & 1 minor) had no seatbelts on the return jouney from the airport. It may only be a short distance but this is a Health & Safety issue which could have serious consequences in the event of an accident. On the positive side, the speediness of getting us to the airport was v. good (no delays) and its good value for money. Staff helpful. Thanks

Staff did not explain transfer procedure from airport, it would be simple to ensure customers have contact phone no. and to explain that there is no freephone in the terminal building.

This was our first time to use Killead Lodge Parking, so I imagined that it might be difficult to find - but not so. Greeted at reception in a most friendly way, as was the case on our return. Transfer arrived to pick us up at 11:30 p.m. within minutes of phoning. Excellent.

This car park is a little further from the terminal than other car parking facilities, but it is not an inconvenience. The coach transports you there in just over three minutes. Pricing is competitive, and an additional option of Car Valet is available.

As I regularly travel with 2 small children a fast and convenient service is a must. Killead Lodge thankfully has these in abundance. Would normally book on-site airport parking with BCP, that is now a distant memory. No more driving around to find a parking space, waiting for a bus that never arrives and finally having to face the bleak NI weather to/from the terminal. Would recommend Killead Lodge to anyone. Thank you for a hugely improved service.

Took me a minute to realise that the Car Park is opposite Kilead Lodge as there is no signpost. Alarmed on my arrival, having just left enough time for my transfer/check in, to find the reception locked and no one around. After another motorist turned up looking equally anxious, I began to phone when the transfer bus turned up with driver/receptionist. On my return I had to use my phone to ring for the bus to come back as I stood for between 5 and 10 minutes in the freezing cold at an outdoor bus shelter. Whilst the driver was apologetic about keeping me waiting he seemed quite irate as he swore at other road users who got in his way!

Would use this service again. Good rates and safe parking. Only gripe is the pick-up area at the airport. This a large bus shelter which is cold in winter. Also the no smoking signs are completly ignored by the public and if you want to escape the smoke you have to stand outside in the cold and rain. As the pick-up area is in the short stay car park it is not monitered by the airport staff and going by the number of cigarette ends on the floor is not cleaned very often either. I know this is not the fault of Killead Lodge Parking but they should make a complaint to the airport authority, I know I will.

We used this car park for the first time for 4 days in January. It is 5 mins from the airport and easy to find as directions are provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the mini bus was waiting for us at the airport when we landed. Would definitely park here again.

I was pleasantly surprised to arrive back to find my engine running, which meant I wasn't getting into a freezing car. The reference to muddy is a passing one, as part of the problem was lorries arriving with hardcore, since the site is being given a proper surface, so I will shortly be able to park on tarmac.

No-hassle car park within a few minutes of the airport. No problem recommending this car park.

Overall it was an ok car park, though i have found other parks in the area to offer a better standard of service, i probably would use it again but only if the other parks were fully booked.

We changed to Killead after a bad experience with another car parking service when we witnessed young employees revving the life out of engines of customers' cars and reverse parking at speed. We have used Killead ever since and have never had a problem and the drivers are mature and professional.

Excellent service and only a 5 minute bus trip to the terminal. Bus was there to pick us up again within 5-10 minutes of calling from the airport on our return, no mean feat considering the heavy traffic outside the terminal. We will definitely use Killead Lodge for parking at Belfast airport again.

This is good value for money and the service was very good. The waiting time is short as the car park is only 5 minutes from the terminal.

I was able to find the parking lot easily with the maps supplied, booking in and the transfer to the airport was also done very fast. On my return I was collected not long after I had phoned to say that I had arrived. Well pleased with Killead lodge Parking excellent value.

I arrived at Killead at 4am, and the staff were most pleasant even at this hour of the morning. I would park with them again.
