Parking surface when leaving/collecting car is tarmac, but presumably the car was parked in the neighbouring field while we were away as this was full of cars; this didn't cause any problems for us but is perhaps less secure than some other parks. Quoting SatNav co-ordinates to a precision of 0.01 microns did imply that they would have been closer than the 100m or so away that they were in practice - this may be a reflection on directions rather than Killead though.

Internet booking; Frienly efficient staff; Punctual pick-up and safe parking.......all this with a reasonable price tag! They will see us again. Thank you!

Booked and paid online with no problems. Directions and communications first class. The only gripe i had was paying an additional £2 ( per booking ) to get the bus into the airport drop off area bearing in mind there was 5 parties ( £2 x 5 = £10 ) used the bus on our transfer. Otherwise great service.

The transfers to and from the airport were quick with the very minimum of delay. The staff were pleasant and efficient. Will definitely use Killead the next time we're flying out of Aldergrove.

Only problem was we had quite a wait on return coach as must have just missed previous one but would certainly use again.thanks

thought we would try somewhere different to park as airport very dear. killead really is value for your money and only round the corner. no hassle and the bus left us to airport as soon as we arrived. on return after collecting our bags i phoned them for pick up, they were there in 2 minutes and didn't even have time for a smoke, they were that quick. car sitting ready at gate ready 2 go. great value and will always use again, as will lots of other people i have told.

Leaving the car in and transfer to airport was fine however on returning it was a different story.The mini-bus did not have enough seats for all passengers picked up.On arrival at car park my car was not ready,not even close.The girl said that it was not due to be picked up until 6.30p.m. I said why was that when my flight arrived at 16.05p.m. Two men then went looking for my car but were unable to locate it as it was not where it said on the label(in a field).When I tried to look for myself I was told to get back and wait.After a further 15 mins I was eventually allowed to look for myself.The two men still did not know where to find it even though they were standing in front of it.I pointed this out and although I got an apology I still got told that these problems only happen when people put the wrong time on their confirmation sheet.My confirmation sheet clearly said 16.30 not 6.30 so I know who made the mistake,certainly not me.

We were two families going on holidays together but parking 2 cars. We were able to meet at Killead, park together and travel to & from airport in minibus together - easy!

I have used Killead Lodge for a few times now and everytime its great nothing is a bother to the staff at all.

The service was smooth and efficient. Our car was waiting beside the office when we returned from the airport. We'd use Killead Lodge again, rather than the main airport car park.

Answered phone quickly however thought they were a bit slow on pickup.

Everything was really good, only negative comment to make was on arrival I felt the individual receiving my car was a little abrupt.

Quick and easy to book, easy to find and very prompt service both outward and on return journey

the only problem was having to wait 15mins in the rain on the bus after returning from florida

was a bit hard to find need better signs but once there all fine and car was at the front of the office when i came to pick it up .

On return from holiday we did as requested and only contacted them when we had collected our baggage.We were assured that someone would pick us up within 5 mins we waited and waited another phonecall was necessary and the overall wait exceeded 30 mins and as it was 3am on the morning you can understand the anger. It was the first time we had booked with them it will be the last and would certainly not recommend them to anyone. A very annoying end to a lovely holiday!

Did the job - that is all I want from an airport carpark i.e. I don't need any fancy frills just effective, efficient and economical service.

Everything was as expected, simple smooth, great start and finish to our holiday. I would have no hesitation in recommending and will definately use again

From Booking, to collecting car after holidaying in Cyprus, Killead were a pleasure to do business with..... Cannot fault them in any way. Would even consider staying at Killead Lodge, This looked very inviting, clean and extremely well priced.

Transfer to airport within ten minutes of arrival. return transfer within fifteen minutes. Very satisfied.
