i phoned cosmos direct and there was no spaces left then went to simplyparking.co.uk and there was a parking space left which i quickly snapped up everything all went smoothly and my car was out the front for my arrival excellent service all round..

Transfer bus was waiting when we came out of the terminal. Driver courteous. Transfer to car park was immediate. Keys ready at reception and car just outside. All very easy. Will definitely use again.

I was booked in with Cosmo for a week and on my return i had to fly out again the next day to attend a funeral and enquired about booking in again. i was told by the attendant that there were no spaces available. however simplyparking.co.uk were able to get me booked in. this was a great help!

No hesitation recommending the service. I found it extremely quick, No phones near exit from terminal, the place one looks for a phone. It is often difficult to re enter the terminal. passengers tend to come out in the hope that there is a bus there already.

We have used this company for the past three times that we have travelled and found them very friendly, the tranfer to the airport was quick and when we returned from our trips the car has been waiting for us right outside the door of Cosmos. The fact that the car park was full when we ;eft and full when we returned speaks for itself

I had booked for 3 days but returned unexpectedly after 2 so staff were not prepared for me. However my short wait while they collected my car was in warm and pleasant sourrounding and the staff were most hospitable.

My whole trip ran smoothly which strated off at Cosmo which was easy to book easy to find and started off our trip well and travelling with a family of five is not easy at the best of times. So well done Cosmo, yes l would recommend Cosmo to others and use your company again with out a second thought.

Going for my flight I got transport straight away but on my return I had to wait for 15 mins, in fact McCauslands had completed two trips whilst I was waiting for Cosmo.

Cosmo car park is situated literally 2 minutes from the airport. When both going and coming back from our trip, the transfer coach was sitting waiting both times, which saved any waiting about. Great service provided by all members of staff.

This is a value for money service. The staff are prompt and plesant to deal with. The pick up and drop off in their mini bus is prompt and regular. On return the staff were able to tell me exactly the position of my car for pick up in the car park.

When I arrived it took a while to find a parking space to leave my car. And had to wait until the tranfer bus was full before it drove to the terminal. On return journey it was quicker to walk through airport carpark to Cosmo

This is my second time to use cosmos car parking and I would recommend it to all my friends. The only drawback, is that it seems to be impossible to get booked in the summer months, as I tried in vain for last AugustI suppose it being the busiest time, I would need to book well in advance.

Overall I found the service excellent, very convenient and value for money compared to some other car parks. The only downful for me was when returning, in teeming rain and blustery wind I was left to struggle with a very heavy case(my own fault of course!) into the back of my car when the two men on duty sat in a cosy office. Not using the poor little woman line by any means, but would've been nice not to feel like I was just being dumped off now that they had my money!

The staff, both at the desk and on the bus, were very friendly and helpful.The service to and from the airport was prompt and reliable. The last time we travelled from Aldergrove we used the Airport parking but Cosmo was much handier this time as we had no walking to do, carrying heavy luggage and it worked out cheaper! We will definitely use this service next time. Thank you.

Made my booking 2 days before travel. Arrived at Cosmo, they took my reference, took my key, drove me to the terminal. On my return they were there to collect me, gave me my key and I was away - no fuss, no hassle - will definitely use next time I travel. Cheaper than any other onsite parking company!

I would recommend cosmo.. The staff are friendly even at 6am in the morning. Polite on the phone when you return and ask for the bus to be sent over. The guys lift on and off your cases and don't wait for a tip which is good. Finaly, Your car is in a secure parking area.

we phoned as soon as we got of the plane as we only carry hand bagggage and wanted to get away quickly. The mini bus was waiting for us. It was excellent and we will use this service again

My experience with Cosmo airport parking was ace, the staff carried out their duties in a friendly and efficient manner. I have used this company before on several occasions and will do so again in the future.

All in all for the money the service was very good, we didn't have to wait for the coach either way. Car was parked closed to reception on our return.
