Really good service. Bus waiting to take us to terminal when we left the car. On our return to pick up car we phoned Cosmo as our plane was 1 hour late. The bus arrived promptly, car keys were ready for us and car parked in a convenient place ready for us to make a speedy start to our journey home. The staff were very pleasant and courteous. Have used Cosmo before and will do so again.

I have used Cosmo for a number of years about 6-8 times a year. never have been disapointed with service. Have tried other airport parking, never again, waited 30 minutes to get transfered to airport another 30 minutes for pickup.

We arrived at 4.30am on our outward journey and there where no carparking spaces available at the reception, we had to park the car in a clampzone. Also the transfer bus was much to small for the number of customers and baggage. On the return journey we rang for a pick-up and when we exited the terminal the bus drove off. When it returned there was a substantial crowd for pick-up and we were lucky to get on the very small mini bus.

I have used Cosmo before and found them to be very good,excellent service and good value,and I will use them again and I would recommend them to others.

I would like to thank Cosmo for the quick, easy, efficient and friendly service that they provide. I will 150% be using them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a similar service. Very close to the airport and as we were 4 females travelling on our own at 5am it felt a lot safer than parking a few miles a way down a country road although these further away services are often cheaper.

Couldn't get through to phone to request transfer but waited outside for 5 mins and one came along anyway! All in all have used Cosmo many times and always found them very good and their prices leaves a few pound over to spend on the holls

On arrival we had to wait for about 10 minutes while the person at the counter talked on the phone about something which did not seem to be related to car parking, (from what I overheard it was about buying and selling cars) he didn't acknowledge the fact that we were standing there waiting and was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Apart from this parking in the Cosmo parking area was a good experience. The transfers too and from the airport were fine with only a short wait for the minibus on return into belfast.

This system was so easy to use. We booked two weeks in advance at a really good price. Dropping the car at the office was very quick, receiving a ticket for to collect my car on return. Outside the van was ready to take me to the airport straight away. When we returned, i left my family to collect the luggage, while i telephoned to say i had returned. The van was outside by the time i got outside the airport and took me straight over to the office. My car was parked outside the office and it was just a matter of exchanging ticket for car keys. By the time my wife had the luggage i was back outside the airport entrance to collect them. We will definitely use this company again.

This is a very good way to park indeed. Simple to use and check-in very quick. A bus arrived promptly once phoned for and there was no queues when picking up the car. I would use it again.

The price of the car parking was pretty reasonable. Although when i parked the car i got a lift straight away over to the airport terminal i was given a ticket for my car with a phone number on the back to call for the bus if it wasn't there when i returned. When i returned the bus wasn't there so i phoned them they told me the bus was on its way over it would be 2 mins. We stood in the rain for at least 10 or 15 mins the mccauslands bus had down 2 runs back and forward by this time and when it returned for a 3rd time offered us a lift. When we got over to cosmo the 2 buses where just sitting there with no intention of anyone coming to pick us up. The mccauslands bus driver said it wasn't the first time he has had to give cosmo customers a lift from the terminal.

My wife was left, in the freezing cold for over 20 minutes, sitting on the bus, with the doors open, before she was taken to the airport. There excuse was until more people were ready to board the bus, they were not prepared to make the transfer. A bloody disgrace. We nearly missed our flight!!!!!

I have used Cosmo in the past and I am very happy with the Staff and Service offered,It is also good value for money compared to other car parks in the area.

Everything was grand but we had a real problem with the pick up from the airport to collect our car. The driver suggested to us that to save on packing/unpacking bags etc only driver went over to collect car - seemed a good idea. Didn't say that it cost £2.50 to get back into pick-up point with or car or that when we did get in we were stopped by the airport police and given a serious telling - off for doing this. Very unhappy and very annoyed.

On return at Belfast I waited for coach not to long mind you but no signs to tell you were the coach woud park to collect people. Run about terminal looking for it.

At a time when 'on site' parking costs are becoming prohibitive and driving more travellers to travelling to airport by coach or using further away off park parking facilities Cosmo offers an attractive , reasonably priced alternative!!

I have used Cosmo on a number of occasions now and in my personal experience I have found them to be effecient,friendly and courteous. I would have no hesitation recommending their services.

Excellent service in terms of getting us to airport and picking up car on return. The area outside the office lacks sinage on where to leave your car and the general hubbub could result in an accident

excelent facility quick shuttle service no waiting driver loaded luggage from car to minibus and onto tolley at airport. superb value for money. pity car had not been defrosted prior to our arrival back as it took 10mins to unthaw it. but its not always that cold in belfast.

This is a reasonable Parking facility. Whilst the cost of Parking generally has gone out of all reason & some have gone crazy, over the top completely, this is the best of the rest.
