I found this staff friendly car was parked efficently.Transfer was quick to airport. Though on arrival back the driver was leaving carpark when it was clear to see that other people where leaving the terminal. He could have waited to see if any of the passengers required a lift back to Comos. Over all I would use this service again if they continue with the excellant price.

Pleasant experience - only downside was you were not dropped off outside airport as had happened previously - on a wet day this would definitely cause a problem - trying to wrestle with trolley and keep expensive hair-do in place!!

You have to walk with luggage a long distance, which seems further in the wind and rain! I cannot see why they cannot drop customers at the old location. It is an efficent and fast drop-off and would not cause a traffic jam!

I will continue to use the facility as I find it excellent value. Friendly and helpful staff. Very secure - which gives peace of mind for the car owner.

The transfer bus was, and always is, just there ready to go and on return arrives within a few minutes of the call. Very satisfied with service and have used it before and will again.

This wasn't the first time I have used Cosmo Parking Services. Each time I have used their services, I have been impressed by their efficiency,promptness and helpful, friendly staff. The security, coaches and lighting are good. However, the car parking area at the front where customers pick up their cars on return could do with re-surfacing or levelling, as there were large puddles everywhere with the heavy rain. This was the reason I didn't rate the facilities too highly.

The staff move your car from the back of the carpark to the front on your arrival day.Only by doing this will it be obvious that the battery is flat.Happened to me after a long trip from America.Was grateful that the battery had been charged so that I could continue my homeward journey without delay.

quick, easy and reliable service! very pleased, no waiting around for the coach to take us to and from airport, coach was there on our arrival at car park and one quick phone call from airport on our return had the coach outside the terminal waiting for us. excellent service!!

Fast, efficient, friendly. Minibus waiting and our luggage was taken from our car to the minibus. Minibus picked us up within 5 minutes of phone call on return. Car was parked ready for us and keys were handed over when we provided our ticket. I would be happy to use Cosmo again.

Cosmo can't be faulted in terms of service and convenience to airport. However since the long stay park offers £3 per day for advance internet booking it is no longer the cheapest option. Another minor gripe is the "freephone" number given to summon the bus on return. This costs if phoned froma mobile so a "normal" number should be given as an alternative. The bus is usually waiting anyway so there is generally no need to phone.

spoilt by dropping and collecting too far from main door of terminal building exsecially in the heavy rain on tuesday then having to look for my car my wife has the sniffles yet not good for two in their seventies suggest give some consideration for the senior citizens

Minibus was waiting to take us to the terminal when car had been booked in. On return from our holiday minibus at the terminal waiting to return us to our car. Cosmo Parking facility only 2 minutes away from terminal.

The staff at Cosmos are very friendly and helpful. The transfers to and from the airport are excellent (no waiting around).

Generally the service was quite stisfactory, although when we arrived back in Belfast I had to phone twice to ask for the bus to be sent over to the terminal and we were left waiting 20 minutes in the rain. Also when we did finally get back to Cosmo our car was parked at the rear of the property, which meant another couple of minutes walk lugging suitcases in the rain, whereas other car parks I have used had brought our car round to the front of the property ready and waiting for our return.

With the secure parking priovided I did not have to worry about something happening to my car while I was away. I was able to forget about it until I landed and then the coach took me backk to where my car was waiting, In addition, as I had paid by debit car online in advance, I did not have to worry about having currency / change on arrival back from holiday.

i would have considered this good value for money if the fowwowing had not happened. When the car was picked up we noticed that there was yellow paint on the wheels but it was not until we got home that we saw the side otf the car had small japs of yellow paint on the drivers side and the underside was covered in the same paint this we found disturbing aas we had used cosmos before without complaint noone pointed this out before we left but it left us feeling that we would need to completely examine any car before picking it up in future-not something we would want after a long flight .would think carefully before using the service again

A quick and efficient service. Pleasant staff even at 4am. Will be using the service again in the near future.

We had to wait longer than we anticipated for the bus to take us to the airport and we were not given any help with our luggage, which although it is not part of the service we thought it would have been a courteous gesture - we as pensioners did receive this gesture at another parking facility which we previously used and which we will use again.

Good price, easy to book, peace of mind, no delays, great service. It makes sense to take the hassle out of hard to park areas and go for it; all dealt with before you go - one less thing to worry about!

This was the first time I'd used Cosmo Parking, but because of the overall service I received and the daily rate charged, I will definitely be using them again for short stays and recommending them to others. My only negative comment would be that the lighting when I collected my car on Sunday night could have been better.
