I have been using this company for years, and have no reason to look elsewhere for the service provided. Whilst cost is obviously is a consideration, Cosmo are generally competitive.

We didn't even have to telephone Cosmo to come and collect us at the airport to take us to collect our car was very impressed.

have used cosmo many times found the price this time much better saved £8.50. its handy and the staff are fine no bother at all.

When I arrived back phoned for mini bus arrived promptly and assistance offered with cases both on and off mini bus. will use service again good competitive rate and have already recommended it to friends with the excellent discount given on line.

I had no difficulties using the car parking facilities at Cosmo. I had left booking until the night before and this presented no difficulties. The check-in was efficient and the staff were curtious. When we came out of the airport on the way home we weren't sure where the pickup point for Cosmo was as it wasn't signposted or detailed on the ticket. We will know next time. Overall very happy.

Excellent location - close to airport. The transfer on the way out was excellent but it was slightly disappointing on the way back as I rang to say I was waiting and the bus did not come for 15 minutes - obviously they wait until they know they have a load of passengers. I noticed another company had 2 buses over in the time that I was waiting.

There wasnt enough room for me on the bus so I just waited in the terminal for my husband and friends to return with the car. People got on the bus who had arrived after us. plus we did ring ahead thinking there would be no problems with space. I was not the only one left waiting. Maybe I could suggest names of passengers who had rang to say they had landed or two buses when they know flights have landed! We had no problems on the way out though.

I choose Cosmo over the long stay car park because of the customer service and the reliability of regular transfers. Very pleased.

Car well parked for collection but had to pack/remove luggage from bus ourselves. Bus very punctual, would use them again.

Arrived and checked the car in and went outside to the minibus which was waiting - from parking car to arriving in airport took less than 10 mins. When we came home from hols the minibus arrived to pick us in less than 5 mins - collected key and was directed to car. No problems at all and £10 cheaper than the rivals next door. Would have no hesitation in using Cosmo again.

Our check-in was most efficient and transfer to airport was without delay. We did have to wait and eventually phone for the transfer on return. Once we called the transfer coach arrived quickly. our first time to use Cosmo and we will do so again. Thank you Barbara Black

Compared to McCauslands I would say that Cosmos are amateurs. However given that they were roughly half the cost you could forgive that. nevertheless they need to be prepared for peak departures as checkin was painfully slow. As a result those who were first on the bus to the airport had to wait a long time

Waiting for transfer back took longer than expected but, to be fair, we may have just missed a coach departure.

Second to none for convenience, and good value for money. Staff efficient and friendly. Will definitely make Cosmo our first choice next trip.

THis was a great start to the trip. Staff were pleasant and very professional. Definitely will use Cosmos again.

Booking on line was so easy and straightforward, payment was simple and all instructions clear. On arrival made feel welcome given clear info to use on my return and the transfer bus was already running ready to transfer me to airport. Could not have been better Cosmo will be our car park in the future.

we were not told where to get the bus from airport to collect car even after phoning twice. everything else was good.

The arrival parking area is haphazard, it's scruffy in the office and the reception staff, whilst polite, are not over welcoming. We would suggest competitors getting together to share the transfer bus.
