I booked the car parking 2 days before going on holiday and found it easy to do and good value for money. The staff were friendly and efficient.

As always I returned to Cosmos because you are guarenteed the service you require when you are parking up to go on your journey. I find the service always is so efficient, staff are so helpful and friendly. Indeed three of my passengers had never used this service and they were so impressed they have since used Cosmos, well done you sold yourselves by your good service.

the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful ,the service was very efficient, would book with you again without a doubt. The bus driver was good craic!!!!!!!!

Definitely worth booking your parking in advance as it wotks out alot cheaper than booking it at the airport on the day....some of the companies are outrageously priced for the same service.

Great service, very close to the airport and consequently very quick transfer time.I have used Cosmo before and will use them again.

The only problem i had was when i arrived back at belfast the driver of the cosmo bus drove off and it wasnt full and i had to wait approx 10 mins on it coming back again.

We have been using Cosmo for years and have been impressad with the courtesy and efficiency from the staff.

We seemed to arrive at a time when a flight had just got in and there was not enough spaces to park cars. My only other grumble is that the transport could have been at the airport waiting for the returning flight. Other Parking companies were already there while we had to wait. I have used this company many times before and overal their service has been good

Werent there to pick us up, had to phone, while other companies kept arriving to pick their passengers up. However, when we phoned they were there really quickly.

We where in a crowd of passengers waiting at Cosmo Shelter, the Cosmo bus arrived and parked at McCauslands stand which is nearer the airport. A crowd of people coming out of the exit boarded the bus before the waiting crowd, resulting in the bus being full and we had to wait in the cold for the bus returning. We where not happy bunnies as it was quite cold in our summer clothes, on a cold, wet Oct. night. But we shall return. Regards, Roy Kane

Just picked up the phone and rang 4 minutes the bus was there to pick us up,whilst others using another company were still standing when we left. Very close to terminal.

i have used this service numerous times in the past and could not find any fault , and will definately use this service again , very good value for money also , thanx again ...

Waited 20 minutes for a transfer ( I had phoned) eventually McCausland driver felt sorry for me and kindly gave me a lift and said this had happened before!??

This was my first time to use Cosmos. I found the whole service very good.Staff were friendly and helpful --particularly the gentleman who left us to the airport. Will be happy to recommend and use again as necessary.

Our parking experience with Cosmo was all we expected. Staff were nice and polite, bus was ready and waiting to transfer us to the airport which only takes a couple of minutes. On return the bus came immediately when I rang to say we were ready and car was waiting for us on arrival at the car park. Couldn't have asked for more , great value for money, will definitly use Cosmo again.

The staff were quick and friendly and there was no waiting for coach transfers to the terminal. Overall , very good.

We did use it at a very busy time, car was abandoned outside, but I think it was because so many people were using it at the same time. When we arrrived back car did come from secure site at rear. We did check in and out very uickly, and transport to and from to airport was quick.

Only hitch was on arrival back from holiday when the transfer coach ( which was new) refused to start but this was rectified within a few minutes. The staff were efficient and courteous .I would recommend.

We arrived at Belfast International at just after 5.00am. There was only one car parking space available outside the Cosmo check-in office, which we managed to nab just in time, as another car arrived and was forced to wait for a few minutes until someone else drove off. The check-in was quick and easy,although we had to wait for a couple of minutes for the man to appear at the check-in desk, and the minibus was waiting to transport us and some other early birds across to the airport terminal. When we returned after our holiday the minibus was already on its way to the terminal, having already been summoned by someone else. There was a a bit of a scramble to get on board as there was quite a few people waiting, but we made it, although my husband had to stand on the bus (no big deal). We handed in our ticket at the Cosmo check-in and had to collect our car ourselves (again no big deal), and my husband had to do a little manoeuvring to get the car out of its confined space. The main drawback was that the place where the car was parked was very muddy, so that the wheels of our cases threw up a lot of dirt along the approach track,and we had to hitch up our skirts, and my husband's coat and trousers got a bit mucked up when he was hoisting our cases into the car boot. Also, the soles of our shoes were very wet and muddy, so that the inside of the car got a bit mucked up. Overall, the service was fine. It's just a pity their parking area was so wet and muddy.
