A very professional operation; all went very smoothly.

My daughter left her mobile in the passanger door pocket. I phoned from the airport and they brought the phone over to me on the next bus. Very good service.

I had made the booking on the internet. Pull up at the Cosmos office handed over my keys and the driver helped me with my cases into the waiting bus and left me at the terminal. Called Cosmos office on the return journey just after receiving my luggage and a bus arrived to pick us up within 2 to 3 minutes and when we arrived my car was sitting waiting for me. Couldn't be better.

Cosmos is within walking distance of the terminal. I can drop people off with luggage at airport and know that I can deliver the car to cosmos, walk balk to the airline queue and meet my family. The quickest time ever was 15 mins to drop off family, vehicle and have checked in.

The service was great, the only issue I had was that I waited a long time for a transfer when I returned, so decided to walk back to the car park.

Very easy to book, good price and handy to the airport.

I was able to make my booking very easily online. When I got there the staff explained the procedure clearly and on my return after been picked up at the teminal my car was waiting by the reception entrence. Overall the service was efficent and friendly to use.

I was travelling alone with my 8 year old twins and suffer from arthritis. The politeness of the staff and offering to carry our luggage from my boot on departure and again on arrival was just wonderful! Thank you for a smooth trip to start our holiday! The price was more expensive than the one in Killead but there was no comparison. Booking and paying in advance was a first and not the last!

overall very pleased, my flight was delayed by one day, it was no problem leaving the car there for the unexpected delay, when i called from the airport to be collected i had a rather long wait before any one came to take me to the car, after a 7 hour flight thats not what you want, but generally i am pleased and would definately use again............

I am always happy to leave my car at Cosmos.It is one of the less expensive parks. My car is secure and is so handy to the airport. I also like the facility of booking online pror to departure. That way I know which Car Park I am going to as sometimes they can be booked up!

Quick processing at office. Car taken and parked by attendant and later returned for collection after holiday. Reasonable rates and frequent minibus transfer service. Have used this on numerous occasions.

Easy to find, no detours, next to airport, simple proceedure, drive in, deposit keys, get on transfer bus, 2 minutes to terminal. Similar experience on return. Will use the service again.

The front bumper of out car was damaged at the car park whilst we were away on holidays. We didn't notice it until we had got home and phoned Cosmo immediately but were told that although we paid to have our car parked at Cosmo; Cosmo accepted no liability for any damage to the car whilst there! What were we paying for!?..... we probably would have been better parking in long-stay! We have used Cosmo for the last 10 years but would probably not use them again!

I was returing on a flight in the early hours of the morning. The service was excellent. Staff friendly, courteous and quick.

Nearest to the airport, cheapest quotation, immediate transfer to and from the airport, car was waiting at the front on my return AND the staff were welcoming and friendly. I have used Cosmo 4 times in the last year - always the same service.

It's really good when you come home and you can just jump in the car and drive home, no hassles for buses or other people parking etc. It's so handy having it so close to the airport and great that they will pick you up as soon as you arrive!

Close to airport terminal, just a couple of minutes walk. Bus was waiting when we arrived back to take us to the car park and the car was at the front of the building ready to drive away.

Our return flight had been delayed by a few hours and our children were tired etc. it was 11.30pm. The plane landed, we collected our bags, we came out through the doors of the terminal and the Cosmo bus was just waiting there, a sight for sore eyes. Within 10 mins we were in our own car, the children were in the back asleep, and I was on the road home. I have used Cosmo several times before and most certainly will again.
