Good parking facility's,good staff close to airport price are reasonable all round good experience.

As soon as we left our car into Cosmo the mini bus was there to take us to the airport. The same was true when we came home we only had to wait a few minutes until the mini bus turned up to take us back to the car park to pick up our car.

We found Cosmo car parking to excellent from booking which was very straight forward transfer to airport was both comfortable and hassle free our return transfer was waiting when we came out of import which meant no hanging around waiting all in all excellent service and will recommend. And use again .

Already said all above. Don't know about where car parked, surfaces, lighting etc so have put 4 - could be 5, could be 3. You shouldn't make people rate bits they either don't know or don't want to rate.

Bus was waiting on our return at the airport. Made the end of a long journey very easy!

Some confusion about my booking was quickly sorted out when I quoted my reference numbera and everything else was first class

arrived and left car and keys and received card with contact number.On receipt of bags on return, phoned number, and within minutes bus arrived to pick us up. collected keys and car.

Unfortunately due to unforeseen last-minute circumstances I was unable to avail of my booking. Cosmo kindly agreed to refund my booking fee. Now that is really good customer service!

On arrival at Cosmo car parking we were immediatly booked in and transferred to the airport. I had booked online with no problems. When we arrived back at the airport from our holidays, after an hours flight delay, we had about a 2 minute wait and the transfer bus arrived to take us back to the car park where our car was waiting out front ready to go. The staff keep an eye on the arrivals of flights and operate the transfers accordingly. This is one of the best experiences i have had for airport parking and i have used various other car parks in the locality. Overall a very pleasant experience. If the price is right i will definatly be using cosmo in the future.
