Book on the internet, in Cosmo minibus almost immediately on arrival, very short trip to the airport and speedy pick up on return. Great.

Convenient and it is nice to be met on arrival instead of calling another service up to two miles away and waiting waiting waiting while the transport ferries another passenger or three. We have used Cosmo before and although more expensive I feel that is more secure and preferable.

Cost compares well to airport long stay. Hassle - free experience of parking before taking off.

Cosmo provide an excellent service; their premises are within walking distance of the terminal, although a regular shuttle bus service is available. Cosmo offer a car washing service and have the friendliest staff who always have a smile on their faces and a bit of craic to share with their customers.

Due to a family crisis I had to stay on longer than expected. Cosmo staff were very kind and understanding. I had no problem keeping the car on at the car park. Well done Cosmo staff ten out of ten from me a very thankful customer

The staff are welcoming and friendly, nothing ever appears to be too much trouble.I was amused by the driver's face when he lifted or should I say heaved my case onto the bus!! He commented that it was a 'heavy' bag and was horrified at the idea of all that shopping in New York!!!

Bus pick up is close to the entrance/exit. Fast transfers to/from the airport meant no waiting for car park buses or walking for ever trying to get to your car like you have to do in the main long stay car park. Staff were courteous, driver on one of the transfers could have been more friendly but other than that it was a good service and I'd recommend it.

Got back from Paris to a freezing Belfast. Didn't wait at all for Cosmo Bus back to car park. Got help to clear our windows of all the ice that had accumulated. Bonus: a tyre had lost some air - no problem: out came a Cosmo man with a tyre pump. Thanks guys.

Cosmo are usually excellent but this time we encountered bad-tempered staff. Just to underline this, wew were asked if we wanted to walk to the terminal (depite my usying a crutch!). Fortunately, we knew how far it was to walk so asked for the bus - had we not known, we might well have walked and regretted it

On arrival we were greeted in a friendly manner and then got onto the courtesy coach and taken across to the airport. The driver was very friendly and courteous. When we arrived back from our trip we phoned free of charge to inform the carpark we had landed and when we got outside the airport the courtesy coach was there ready and waiting. Overall a service worth every penny. A very good price in comparison with the next nearest carpark. Thank you Cosmo Parking

Ice packed surface very slippy to walk on. No attempt to clear snow or ice resulting in huge puddles over parking area. Cases soaked when left down to open car.

time of inclement weather, staff provided brush to help clean car of snow, also provided warm water

i arrived back from liverpool to 6 inches of snow. i was pleased to see my car waiting for me with the snow cleared of it. no complaints about cosmos. will use them again.

We used the service during the recent wintery conditions and found the staff helpful with no delay either taking or returning from the AIRPORT Terminal.Even though our return flight was delayed it was nice to find the Cosmo bus waiting to take us to our car. Excellent service.
