I have used Cosmo several times before - so the fact that I keep coming back to them says more than anything that I find their setup manageable, with friendly helpful staff, punctual pick up on my return being a must. If I had to comment on any preference, I would say that it would be good if the cars were under cover rather than sitting out, as my previously valeted car was dirty when I returned from my trip, otherwise i can happily recommend Cosmo to other potential clients.

only slightly adverse comment would be the rough surface to where car was parked some rows back, every thing else was 100%. D Thomas

We travelled over Christmas and used Cosmo yet again. We have always found the staff and service second to none and will continue to use Cosmo for the forseeable future.

very easy to get to, smooth check in and transfer to the airport. on return, just made a call and they were there immediately for pick up. would use again.

I have used Cosmo for quite a number of years now, I have always been pleased with the excellent service provided.

Arrived at Cosmos at 4.22am, checked in swapped cases from car to mini bus and was in airport terminal at 4.34am. If you can beat that let me know. On my return, I rang immediately after I got my bags and when I came outside the mini bus was waiting.

Straight forwardward leaving off your car then transfer to airport. A quick phone call before leaving the airport and then the bus in back to collect you. Excellent service

I was very disapointed to discover that a travelling companion paid £1.50 LESS than I did. I had prebooked on the internet and he was a "walk in" customer. I consider this to be unfair especially as we are all encouraged to pre book.

A few seconds to leave in the keys and get the receipt and two minutes to the airport entrance. Return journey was as fast and easy.

Leaving off our car and the transfer were fine. On pick up they had the other pick up passengers car sitting out the front waiting for her. We had to wait while a member of staff went around the back to get our car. Other than that no complaints. They Photographed our car when we arrived, I suppose for Insurance purposes!!

When I came back from holiday, there where scraches on my car, Cosmos have as yet done nothing about this. They claim to have a video of the scraches when my car arrived at the carpark. I have not as yet seen this video
