would particularly like to praise the staff on duty from 1am to 6am on my visit . .excellent customer service . .only critical point seating not very comfortable

When I arrived at the lounge, I only had the confirmation email on my BlackBerry to prove to the receptionist that I had paid. She said I had to give her a paper receipt, but I explained that there was no printer available when I made the reservation. Was the lounge not aware of my intended arrival? The facility electrical plugs for laptops need to be upgraded. While plugging in my laptop, the electrical box located in the floor arced out due to a short circuit. I was not injured or my laptop damaged, however my international plug adapter was damaged. I didn't report it at the time, because I did not notice until I got home. The electrical box was very loose, causing the short circuit. There were alternate boxes in the same area that were either broken or without power. As I was in the lounge for a considerable length of time, it was essential to recharge my laptop. Once reported, a maintenance man came very quickly to repair the damaged box. I do not recall the other ones being fixed while I was there. The lounge is excellent, the food tasty and the showers hot! Thank you!

Great lounge. The food is good and the alcohol is included in the price. The showers are pretty spartan, but being able to take one at all on a round-the-world trip makes a big difference. I've used the Dubai lounge several times, and will continue to stop there in the future.

The lounge is large enough to give you a sense of privacy and is much nicer than having to wait in the main terminal. The drinks are so-so and the food is perfect for pre-flight dining as I like to eat light before a long 16 hour flight back to the states. The shower was nice as well. They provide towels upon request but you may want to bring shower shoes. Buy a cheap pair and toss them when you're done. Soap and shampoo is also provided.

This is the best deal you can find for you money in Dubai Airport. Good clean food, and excellent beverage selection. They have a couple desktops with private internet so you don't have to open your own laptop and get hacked as is so common with the WiFi in that airport. No need for anything else.

an alright place to drop your bags, use a internet terminal, print service is available at no charge, a smoking lounge on site. The Buffet is local flavor. The booze aren't bad. One could easily recoup the cost of the lounge on drinks alone... The shower was a disappointment. Nothing compares to the shower in the airport hotel spa...

The real downside is the quality and lack of choice of the hot food. This hot food is sometimes less than hot. Furthermore, is it not possible to provide pork sausages for the breakfast? I realise that pork is less welcome in an Arab country but the Business Lounge is in the International Departure part of the airport and, therefore, I believe that an international flavour would be acceptable and improve matters. Otherwise, I have no adverse comment - my sentence says it all - and I have been using that lounge for years...

Use this lounge everytime I travel thru Dubai. Its a great value for what you pay and the food and drink are awesome. I recommend this to anyone traveling

A quiet, relaxing and comfortable environment to spend time between flights. Handy and a short distance to walk for all terminals.

I was impressed. This 5 hours stayed, the service is nice, you can take shower, have snacks, fruits, salad, at any time. I am vegan, there are many choices. The only complaints are: 1). smokey smell in facility 2). can not on-site registered lounge

A good way to prepare for the 15 hour flight to Atlanta. Will use the facility again and recommend it to friends.

a great value and I will come there again. about to book it for my return flight. I would suggest more options to actually lounge. The furniture is comfortable but designed to sit. As a tired traveler I would like to elevate my legs and dose if possible.

The staff is very helpful and the services were great. the food was absolutly wonderful, the shower was worth it alone to wash off the desert.

Shower facility should be improved with purchase of shower shoes and an area to place clothes. At this point, I take the shower shoes and toss them when I finish.

The selection of food and the quality was better than expected. Beverage selection was also better than most. Facility itself is functional, but not luxurious. Will visit again.

9 hours stop overtime in Dubai airport seemed too much to handle but booking into the Dubai International Business Class Lounge was a godsend. Quiet, relaxing, no-one asking you any questions was needed and I got it. Staff were very helpful when necessary. This is the type of place which is necessary for someone like myself who does not fly business class and who is not connected to an airline, but needs some down time when making a long haul trip.

There vere pretty good facilities during demanding long route, so it was very helpfull how to overcome that interruption between given flights overthere.
