The staff greeted us with a warm welcome, great selection of food and drink, afforded us an opportunity to relax and shower prior to departing for our 14 hour flight home. I will always use the Dubai International Business Class Lounge. Thank you Mr. Smith

A pleasant and peaceful place to relax. The food was perfect! Just one remark goes for a connection to the net, it could be better and faster! Anyway, my vote, pure 10! I recommend.

For the cost and what is offered, I feel this is one of the most relaxing lounge I've been through.

Good food, comfortable environment. The new individual user name/password system makes internet access a bit cumbersome, and the connection dropped several times during my stay. Additionally, my network lease expired before the end of my stay.

The front desk was very nice, but upon entering the lounge, I was basically ignored and when I asked for assistance with a power adapter, was just told they didn't have one. The food choices were very limited, providing only middle eastern food. Paying the amount of money I paid for the lounge it was disappointing to find that I couldn't use my laptop, and had only a few things to eat. I ended up leaving early and going to a restaurant elsewhere in the airport. Will not use this lounge again.

Big comfortable chairs to take a nap in. Very nice variety of foods to choose from.received a great massage and took a nice hot shower before a 14 hour flight.

The food was not fresh and the selection was very limited. I've been to better lounges. Also, the chairs and sofas were very uncomfortable.

If you don't have to pick up your bags on the other side of the security checkpoint it was a nice way to relax. Food was ok, chairs were comfortable, facilities were ok.

I highly recommend the lounge, however my one gripe is children unsupervised in the lounge spending too much time playing games on the available computers. Other than that, I enjoy everything about the lounge.

I usually have a 5-12 hour layover, and have found the Dubai Int'l Business Class Lounge a good place to unwind. The staff are polite and very attentive. Overall, it's very clean and continually kept up. Drinks are bountiful with a very good selection. The food is good, but would like to see more of a variety of International foods.

On this trip, I used the Delta SkyClub lounge in Atlanta, in addition to the Dubai International Business Class Lounge. There is truly no comparison! The Dubai facility offers food and drink selections, along with other amenities (like a hot shower!) that place it many levels above the Atlanta lounge. I will not go back to the Delta lounge, but I will use the Dubai facility every time I travel through Dubai.

The lounge is large, quiet well lit with smoking area, quiet area separate from the rest of the lounge. WIFI is strong, the food selection is wonderful and the variety of beverages, both alcoholic and non is outstanding. Only complaint, was to many boarding announcements being broadcast. Maybe a reader board of flights instead of the announcements.

This has been the 4th time over the last 18 mos I have used your facility and each experience has been well wearth the money. I look forward to a lay-over in Dubi so I can use the lounge.

Beware of checked luggage policies of Dubai airport when booking. Booked the lounge for 7pm-12am for my 1am flight. Airport will not let you check in with checked baggage until 3 hours before. By the time I made it through security, my reservation was expired and I was not allowed in. I was still charged. Will not ever book one of these again.

Costumer Service is excellent. Food is good maily India food but still good.
