Excellent value for money. Near airport; would use again.

Very clean hotel with excellent service all round

The staff helped us when we first arrived and even though our stay was extremely short we felt well looked after, they even arranged for a taxi to pick us up the next morning for the airport. For the price that we paid we recieved an excellent hotel. We chose the unnamed hotel because of the price and were pleasently surprised by the high quality of the hotel provided. Thank you.

Very friendly and helpful staff.Stayed several times at this hotel, we dont think it can it can be beaten for value and service and we find it extremely easy to get there.(From the east midlands)

My car was broken into whilst I was on holiday, but when i returned the hotel didn't tell me although they knew about it.

it was not obvious where and when to get the transfer bus to the airport although there were many people (mainly air crew) milling about. It was a case of following people and asking. That said, the bus turned up and got me to the airport in time for my flight.

Convenient location with easy transfer to Terminal 3. Hotel not great, though: knickers from previous guest hanging in bathroom, general air of grubbiness. Wouldn't choose to stay here again.

The hotel would be very expensive if you book at full price - but we booked with parking via gosimply and it simply couldn't have been any better. Parking is in grounds around the hotel, and car was where we left it when we came back 9 days later. You may have to park on grass like we did, but as the package of parking with room was much cheaper than normal parking you can't loose. We'll do this again!

Excellent room, service, catering and standard of cleanlines. Only down side is when the restaurant staff automatically add a 10% service charge to the bill for buffet meals - for doing what!?!

Excellent hotel - spacious, clean rooms and impressive choice of dining facilities. Very welcome addition of a gym; perhaps would have been made even better with a pool but for the price we paid, this was a fantastic stay.

I arrived at the hotel after midnight and the staff were still very friendly and attentive. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable.

First impression extremely difficult to find entrance when arriving from Heathrow. Breakfast pricey

A non smoking hotel. Closeby was a pub (The Plough) which served excellent meals and the beer was good. They have a beer garden.

All experience was good except for dining. Woulduse it again but eat before we got there.

Stayed overnight prior to flying to the USA. Room was comfortable and what was needed. Didn't use any other facilities. Visited pub next door to hotel for food and drink. Booked online and saved quite a lot of money, compared to the walk in price. Would certainly use this hotel again.

Very accessible from the airport and good service and value for money paid. Highly recommended!

The computers in the lobby were not working with the printer properley and it took and age and use of the Hotels own computer to book boarding cards. The front house staff on check in used English as a second language and so it was difficult to make them understand the problem. The car had been move during our stay away and had scratches on the bumpers. The evening desk staff were unprofessional and unhelpful
